Ole Miss Rebel Yell!
Game summaries contained here.
I may rival Bond against the CPU with the luck:
Alabama: 37 Ol Miss: 34
Back and forth game. Was up by 4 with 2 minutes left. Just couldnt stop Ingram.
Ole Miss: 34 Arkansas 31

RB Enrique Davis had 36 attempts for 138 and 1 TD.
WR Pat Patterson had 3 catches for 118 and 1 td.
" I was very happy with the lead the offense gave us in the ist half but our defenses collapse in the second half, after a 31-3 lead, is of concern to me." Coach Twist said.
Nice win Twist. I can see you like to make the games close
Glad to see we finally filled that other SEC spot with a dedicated member, I think we've had 4 or 5 people in and out of that spot.
Yeah or I get the crap kicked outta me, mainly by Dru.
Ole Miss has some talent but they lose alot of key seniors. I hope I can get some surprise recruits.
OM: 52 Kentucky: 27

Oops, forgot to add one game:

Back and forth game where fresh SS Keron Roberson won the game with a 46 yd int return and sealed the game with one at the buzzer.
Ole Miss: 24 LSU: 13

Ole Miss: 48 Miss. St.: 0

RB Brandon Bolden went 27-131 and 2 tds. WR Lionel Breaux had 6 catches for 166 yards.
Ole Miss: 13 Minnesota: 28
Great game that featured a powerful running game from Minnesota and an erratic aerial attack from QB Nathan Stanley. Stanley was 24-33 for 405 yards but no tds. He did have 5 ints, including 2 in the red zone which sunk any chances of a comeback. The Rebels D had little success single tackling the Gopher RBs and resorted to blitzes to stop the attack. The backbreaker was a KO return for a TD after the Rebels scored to bring the score 21-13.
The loss of Enrique Davis showed as Branden Bolden didnt have the quickness to challenge the Gopher D. He finished with 36 yards.
The receiving corp featured TE Ferbia Allen who went 6 for 88 yards and Lionel Breaux who had 5 for 111.
The game also exposed a major weakness for the Rebels in that PK Cole barely missed 2 fgs short and landed many of his KOs too short and gave up valuable yardage. A replacement will be made.
Fun game to play and I look forward to it again. Hippo could have added an extra FG but showed great class by giving the ball up on downs and running the clock.
OM: 10 Stanford: 31
The Rebels was dominated by a tough Cardinal D, allowing QB Nathan Stanley only 9-23 for 120 and 3 picks. Enrique Davis returning from injury was 17 for 81 yards. Brandon Bolden did get a short td to prevent a total rout.
The Defense was led by DE Craig Drummond who had Brandon Harold like #s with 9 tackles, 4 tfl and 3 sacks.
OM: 14 UNC: 35
The Tar Heels totally coutclassed the young Rebels team with a powerful running attack and a deep passing game. QB Nathan Stanley went 14-23 with 165 yards and 1 td and 3 ints. E. Davis had a solid game with 15 for 83 yards and Bolden went 9 for 38 and a td.
The defense played their hearts out and were led by DT Corey Gaines, who had 8 tackles, 2 tfl and a sack and DE Craig Drummond had 6 tackles and 1 tfl.
Ole Miss: 49 Arkansas: 32
The Rebels get their first win of the season against a top 25 opponent. QB Nathan Stanley was consistent, going 12-20 and 174 yards with 1 td and no ints. Enrique Davis had a great day: 35-153 and 2 tds. Brandon Bolden also scored 2 tds. TE Ferbia Allen caught 6 balls for 67 yards.
The D was the real story as Gerald Rivers and CB Gilmore returned ints for 12 points.
Ole Miss: 27 Washington: 14
A very tough game for the Rebels. The Huskies totally shut down the passing attack of the Rebs and luckily RB Enrique Davis had his first injury-free game of his career with 39 rushes for 241 yards and 1 td. The Rebs survived a furious comeback after the backup QB was inserted and ignited the Washington offense.
LE Craig Drummond was nearly unstoppable for the Husky RT as he had 9 tackles, 6 tfl, and 5 sacks, along with an int. Great game Emit. DT Corey Gaines also had a big day with 4 tackles, 2 tfl and 2 sacks.
Ole Miss: 38 Kentucky: 0
Huge weekend 4 recruits and the Rebs put on their game face! QB Nathan Stanley had a good game, going 16 - 26 for 288 and 1 td. RB Enrique Davis rushed 26 times for 82 yards and 3 tds. Brandon Bolden ran 17 times for 79.

The D was led by the DEs. Craig Drummond had 7 tackles, 4 tfl and 2 sacks. Gerald Rivers had 4 tackles, 2 tfl and 2 sacks. CB Marcus Temple had 3 tackles, 1 tfl and returned an INT 45 yards for a pick 6.
Ole Miss: 32 Vandy: 39
Just one of those games. Had a FG blocked first thing and I knew it was gonna be a long day. Nathan Stanley was pathetic and was benched in the second half, throwing a pick 6 and another that led to a td. The Rebs trailed 26-3 at halftime.
"I felt we just had to add a spark to the offense." Coach Twist remarked, when asked about adding RS FR QB Kent Jacques. Jacques only went 3-3 for 48 yards but ran the option to perfection, rushing the ball 9 times for 85 yards and 1 td.
Enrique Davis was held in check rushing for 85 yards and FB JJ Johnson added 2 short td runs.
The killer was having to kick a tying FG with 25 seconds left, Vandy getting the ball back, and the QB unleashing a rocket pass to Umoh for 66 yards and the W.
Gerald Rivers did have a great day for the Rebs with 12 tackles, 5 tfl, and 4 sacks.
Ole Miss: 26 Bama: 14
Stanley went 13-24, 139 yards and 1 td in this huge W for their Jekyll and Hyde season for the Rebs.
E. Davis went 30 for 105 and JJ Johnson added 2 td runs.
James Logan added 7 catches for 75 yards.
The D came up huge in this game as Gerald Rivers had 9 tackles, 6 tfl, and 3 sacks. LE Craig Drummond had 8 tackles, 3 tfl, and 1 sack.
SS Derrick Herman had the play of the game, picking off a pass and returning it 46 yards for a TD.
Ole Miss: 20 Minnesota: 27
I'll let hippo do the big summary but this was a real old time football game with huge hits, players hurt, big plays, snot bubbles and Madden-like BOOM plays. Here are my stats:
QB Nathan Stanley had an incredible game. From almost dropping to third string, he went 19-21 for 214 yards but had no Tds.
The Gophers stymied Enrique Davis to 15 carries for 45 yards and 1 td. WR Pat Patterson had 5 catches for 82 yards and James Logan also had 2 catches for 36. His main contribution was on ST as he took a KO 90+ for a score and racked up over 200 yards to put the Rebs in great field position.
The Defense was led by DT Corey Gaines with 8 tackles, 1 tfl and 1 sack. DE Craig Drummond also had identical stats as Gaines.
I wish we could add this as a true rivalry game each season. Great job hippo and is an honor to play against you.
Good stuff Twist. I really do wish you could add rivals because this would be a great yearly rivalry. I was going to do my writeup this morning at work then realized, I saved highlights from the game, but forgot to upload them to easportsworld. I'll have to do it tonight when I get home.
Stanley was a beast in the game, and I'll have to remember to kick it away from Logan next time, he tore the Minnesota special teams up.
Ole Miss: 41 Auburn: 23
Never was much of a game. The Rebs went up 17-0 in the first quarter and let Davis run the ball for 200+ yards.
Ole Miss: 45 LSU: 27
The Rebs win this rivalry game against the hated Tigers in a game that was much closer than the final score. QB Nathan Stanley continues to baffle Coach Twist as he went 17-26 for 234 yards, 1 td and 5 INTS! RB Enrique Davis drove the Rebs attack rushing 43 times for 170 yards and 2 tds.
Rookie TE Will Morgan had 5 catches for 92 yards and Pat Patterson had 3 catches for 66 and a td.
The Rebs D was led by Gerald Rivers, who had 7 tackles, 4 tfl, 2 sacks and 1 int. SS Derrick Herman also added 2 ints, with the D totaling 5 to help seal the win.
Ole Miss: 36 Georgia: 22
Nathan Stanley had a disappointing game keeping control of the ball, throwing 3 picks including 2 in the red zone. He did however throw for 221 yards and Enrique Davis rushed 41 times for 199 yards and 2 tds. The player of the game was WR Jesse Grandy who returned 3 kos for 146 yards and a td.
Ole Miss: 10 SCU: 44
Great job by Coach GWill with leading the Cocks in the destruction of the Rebels. Nathan Stanley and Ken jacques threw for a pathetic 10-24, 97 yards and 4 ints. Several drops contributed to their demise but the constant pressure made their day a living hell.
RB Enrique Davis had 16 carries for 67 yards and WR Pat Patterson had 4 catches for 64 but had 3 bad drops.
DE Gerald Rivers had 9 tackles, 2 tfl, and 2 sacks but the Gamecocks controlled the ball and wore down the beleaguered Rebel D.
Ole Miss: 42
Tough fought game that the score doesnt do justice. This was Ole Miss rushing attack against the Iowa passing game. OM led the game 21-14 at half and 28-21 after the third quarter but 2 tds by the Rebels sealed the game. Turnover were key as well, Ole Miss having 2 and Iowa, being forced to throw, had 8.
QB Nathan Stanley was relegated to handing the ball off to JUCO Phenom Earnest Fox, who finished with 32 carrys for 214 and 1 td. One of the biggest plays for the Rebs came from backup RB Richard Scott on this td scamper:
The D gave up 393 total yards but managed to get 8 TOs, being led by SS Jared Mitchell having 5 tackles and 3 ints, 2 returned for tds.
Great game EmmDot and good luck destroying the Big 10.
