Forrest Griffin TKOs Anderson Silva in the First Round to Become Light Heavyweight Champion Forrest how did you prepare for this match against Anderson? He's been historically good in the clinch, so my trainers and I worked on that quite a bit, he used the clinch early but I was able to fight my way out of it. I wanted to come out aggressive early and I was able to catch him with an uppercut that rocked him. How does it feel to be on the top of the mountain in the LHW division? It feels pretty good. A lot of people didn't think I'd be back in this spot but I just kept fighting and kept getting better. There is a lot of great competition in this class, so I have to keep getting better. Who would you like next as a challenger? Well there is a lot of deserving competitors out there, but I'd probably say Chuck (_MG_ ). We went to a decision last time and he seemed a little upset about it, so I think Griffin/Liddell 2 could be in the work, but I'm open to fight anyone.
