The way it works is new guys get a team in the NBL. When a MLB team opens we promote from NBL. You have to earn your stripes and win to get a call to the show

If so, you will need to provide your email address and the name you want for your in game GM. And of course own the game. We are on OOTP 14 Wick36 same applies for you but you are premier. Once you provide the info we need, we can add you. We have two immediate openings so you would get the second.
