Though a squeaker, the Ducks pulled out the victory over the Wildcats. It's been an anemic start for this year's Oregon squad, dropping their first 3 games. However, a win is a win, no matter the margin, especially when it's a conference win. Performance-wise, Darron Thomas and LaMichael James are still struggling. Thomas went 7/17 for 153 yards and 3 picks. While James only rushed for 43 yards on 20 carries.

Defensively, the Ducks were much better. Taylor Hart and Eddie Pleasant lived in the backfield, sacking Arizona's QB 4 and 3 times respectively. Overall, the Oregon defense recorded 12 sacks on the day,

The Ducks finally get their first home game of this young season next week against the Cal Bears.

The Ducks are steadily reviving the "Quack Attack" offense they've become famous for. Darron Thomas had a stellar day going 12/28 306 yds 3TD 1 int. They finished the day with 578 yds in total offense. Heisman hopeful, LaMichael James finished with 126 yds rushing and 2 TD.

Defensively, Oregon had a strong perfomance as well. After giving up 24 points in the first half, they held Cal to only field goal for the rest of the game. The defense had 4 sacks on the day, but the star for the Ducks was Anthony Gildon, who had 3 tackles, a pick and a forced fumble.

The Ducks are looking to re-enter the top 25 by handling the Sun Devils of ASU next week.
