    Since Jayrah and Cheez believe the other PAC-12 participants have stolen their thread. I created the PAC-12 thread. This is where the rest of us will talk smack about Stanford, CAL, WSU, UCLA, USC, and ASU. I am starting this off guaranteeing Cal will lose to WSU. Write it down.

    That is why it's here. You just have to put with everyone putting you in your place.

    You know if you lose, you will probably not hear the end of it.

    @Cheez, @Jayrah

    Here we go with the "Oh woe is me" attitude. UCLA is a B team across the board. UCLA can realistically play with Cal, ASU, and Stanford. UCLA may not be able to beat Stanford talent wise, but can go head to head with Cal and ASU. I believe UCLA has a coaching edge over Stanford, Cheez is at least 0-2 against recchem in the Night Owls. But recchem is saying I am going to lay in the weeds for a few seasons, and needs to get lucky. :rolleyes:

    The only issue I see for UCLA, is will they be able to recruit? Starting at 2 stars will make it difficult to pull in the 4 and 5 star recruits, and if UCLA cannot recruit well during the first two seasons the team may be in trouble later. When I do my podcast season 1 preview, I will discuss what I think will think their record will be, along with everyone else's record.

    Alright cougs my friend, I see what you are doing here. You werent around for the first season of the Night Owls but my B Bruins went 6-6 and climbed from there. Im not going to come out here and say Im going to beat anybody. I've played everyone in the Pac 12 here (except selibus) so I know what Im getting into. I never stated "woe is me" in any form, just that I need a few seasons to get some players to come to UCLA that fit my system, thats all. We'll still competitive and might surprise some teams, as Im sure you think your Cougars will as well. A bowl bid with this team in year one is the goal...beyond that, time will tell.

    I think I am going to have to play a few games with everyone's teams with this year's game and 12' game to get a feel for how good each time is. I have played everyone so I am familiar with everyone, and I can rank everyone in term's of ability. In addition, we are going to play with default sliders, or at least something similar to them, which is not like the Night Owls sliders. I think some of the things that contributed to your 6-6 record will not be present this time around. At the end of the day I can see you winning 8-9 games, but at the same time if a couple user games don't go your way 6-6 is probably there.

    BTW I keep forgetting we have a B1G Conference member group. Are they sitting down having tea with some sugary cubes? Pac 12 has been up and running with smack talk since the jump. B1G coaches are sleeping!!!!!!

    Hey man, there are sets of numbers where 10=12

    look for instance at the set of numbers {0,1}

    0 = 0
    1 = 1
    2 = 2.... but two does not exist, so it reverts to the next number in the set. therefore, 2 = 0
    3 = 3.... but three does not exist, so it continues from where two left off. therefore, 3 = 1
    4 = 2 = 0
    5 = 3 = 1
    ...
    ...
    10 = 8 = 6 = 4 = 2 = 0
    11 = 9 = 7 = 5 = 3 = 1
    12 = 10 = 8 = 6 = 4 = 2 = 0

    ahhhh... numerican analysis. Fun class :p

    shit, that was one of my easy math classes last year. I should start spouting off complex analysis (in layman's, calc with imaginary numbers) questions I had this semester... I had to ask help from a few of the guys in the chatbox on those. That shit was tough.

    ok, fine. modular arithmatic is more fun anyway.

    so, using what I had in my previous post
    since 2, 4 = 0 in the set {0,1}, then 2 + 4 = 0. Likewise, 2 - 4 = 0.

    Haven't played any of you guys so I don't wanna run my mouth just yet and end up getting blown out in all my user games haha. Too bad nobody grabbed UofA this season.
