    Pacers send:
Paul George: 72 OVR, SG, B+ Potential
    2nd Round Pick

    Hornets Send:
Eric Gordon: 82 OVR, SG, B Potential

This is the trade the Hornets send me on trade finder. If I need to increase that to a 1st round pick, I guess I can do so.

Yeah you need to change that to a first rounder.

Be careful though...Eric Gordon just shot like 2/15 against me. :)

One thing-who would the hornets have at SG after that deal? They already have Ariza at SF, would George even be an upgrade?

I'd want an answer to that first before looking at this deal more.

George is a SG in the game for some reason

1.82-72 is a huge drop in talent level
2.where will the pacers 1st rd pick be?

I personally don't like draft picks only because I don't like fake players.

I usually don't either but there will be some really good ones that come through the pipe.

I guess they have George at SG right now. They get a better defender, who is going to be really good in years to come. Ariza and George at 2 and 3 would be dominant on the defensive side. With the mid-1st round pick included, it would be an overall upgrade.

I'll have to think on it, but I'm leaning to saying no. Gordon is also young with good potential and he's rated 9-10 points higher now. Plus, he's the best player on that team. I don't know that a mid 1st round pick makes up for that.

Isn't that kind of like saying "what if I took a shit on their porch"?

I really think you'd need to add another 'good' player to make it worth it to NO. Someone like Hibbert or Collison.

For me to approve this you are going to need to sweeten the package with players. NO shouldn't give up their best player for a guy who would be 3rd or 4th best on the roster and a mid 1st rounder.

How about Paul George, Tyler Hansbrough, and a 2nd round pick? If need be I can put in that 1st round pick in instead i guess, but would rather not.

Post the details, but I don't think at face value that's enough to get Eric Gordon. The Hornets are filled with guys rated in the low 70's, I don't see why they'd trade the best guy left on the team for more of them.

    Bond what do you think?

Ok how about 72 OVR George Hill and Paul George with a 2nd round pick for Eric Gordon and 45 OVR D.J. Mbenga. Hill is 7 OVR points better than Jarrett Jack, so he would start right away, and they would start George right away who has a good amount of potential, so it wouldn't be that much of a drop-off. they also get a 2nd rounder.

I just need Mbenga because I need 12 guys on my roster.

I'm not going to be involved in reviewing trades any longer, you'll need to wait to hear from Bond and whoever is going to review them with him moving forward.

All trades are on hold right this minute. I'm working on a new process. Hopefully everything will be in place by tonight or tomorrow afternoon. Thanks for your patience.
