Green Bay finally faced the Vikings this season. After a few close games against the two, Green Bay was looking to get off to a fast start. They did. Dylan Parker, recently back from injury, took a Rodgers pass and took it 70 yards for the score. The Vikings methodically put together a nice drive themselves and scored a td midway through the 2nd quarter to tie it all up at 7. Green Bay rebounded and Jermichael Finley hauled in a 2 yard Rodgers pass to put the Pack back up by 7. The Vikings went into 2 minute mode, but Milton is picked off and the Pack squeak out a fieldgoal before half, 17-7.

The second half was more of the same. The Vikings would mount a few drives but the Packers defense would stiffen or force a turnover.

Jordy Nelson hauled in another Rodgers pass to put Green Bay up 24-7 near the start of the 4th. A Vikings FG and a Mason Crosby FG rounded out the scoring, Green Bay 27-10.
