Pittsburgh, PA- Pitt let Tino Sunseri lead them to a victory that will reverberate around college football when the polls come out. The #12 Notre Dame Fighting Irish are the third consecutive ranked team to come ino Heinz Field expecting a win only to leave with their tail between their legs after taking a 24 point whipping 52-28. Tino Sunseri was an incredible 28-34 for 555 yards and 7 TD. "He didn't miss today. He made the right reads and hit guys between the numbers." Sunseri is now the Pitt all time leader in yards in one game. And a little known barely used WR named Cameron Saddler is atop the record books for receiving yards. All 4 of the Panther receivers caught at least 4 passes with Saddler and Devin Street leading the way with 9 and 8 respectively. Saddler had 229 yards receiving and Street ended up with 158. All 4 of the Pitt wideouts also caught a TD. Street hauled in 3 an Saddler 2. The offense was especially efficient on 3rd down converting on 10-13 opportunities. Pitts defense stepped up when they needed it. Holding the Irish to 2-7 on 3rd downs but usually not stopping anything. After 3 straight wins over ranked opponent Pitt figures to make an entrance into the Top 25 next week.
