Pass Code Fail After Repair

    As the title implies . . . I received my repaired xbox back from Microsoft today and upon putting NCAA in it asked me for my online pass code. When I entered it, it said that it was invalid and that this code has already been used . . . well no joke. I used it when I got the game. Had no problems with FIFA . . . just NCAA. Any advice?

    you should be able to just re-download it from your harddrive...

    Sorry to say that I have no idea to do this . . . Does the fact that my Madden demo and playbooks were no longer there mean that neither is whatever you think I should download from my hard drive? Also, I never put the game on my hard drive either (only have the 4 gig). Thanks for the response and feel free to explain how I might attempt to follow your advice. I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to xbox lingo.

    You have to re-download it - not re-redeem your code. Xbox live knows what you've purchased and what you haven't - you just need to find the option to re-download the specific item you're looking for.

    Google it.

    Thanks . . . but it's taken care of. I found a phone number that got me to a recording explaining they were closed and that I should try EA customer service chat . . . let me show you how fun that was. I think this may actually be worth the read.

    3. Scroll down and select "Redeem Code"
    4. Enter the "Madden NFL 12" 16 digit code without the dashes
    5. When finished redeeming the code, you will see a congratulations screen

    You wasted a lot of time - although it was humorous to read.

    All you had to do was find the area to re-download it and you would have been fine.
