Yeah - I need some guys to weigh in on this - being the commish its unfair for me to approve trades for myself. Fuzzy, thanks for your input.

I am ok with it as long as we stay consistent in our trade evaluations..

Potential starting QB for a 79 MLB who might take a ratings hit next year when he hits 30.

I think in the present it is fair, and as long as we evaluate future trades based on that criteria, this should be allowed.

I hope we set precedent on how picky we are going to be this year. I felt last year got out of hand.

We have more owners this year so I feel they should have some say in what direction they want to go with their team, and if something seems too lopsided then there should be intervention.

I think it needs a bit more in favor of NE. Maybe a late pick. A young QB for a 29 year old LB.. I dunno.

I'll add a 4th round pick. How does that sound?

I think it is fine w/o the pick.

Agree ^, he's only a 71 right now and that's already a decent sized contract
Looks like a contract dump & add depth for NE, while the Bills gain a prospect

Looks good to me, like darkwing said, got to take in contracts as well.

a mid-late draft pick wouldn't mess anything up either.

Theres really only a we in the case of if I'm making trades. I will be the sole approver of trades until further notice but since I can't evaluate my own trades I'm just asking for general opinion.

It sounds to me like with a 4th round pick this is good to go no?

Can anyone who thinks the 4th round pick added in makes it the trade 'just' explain way that is?

    I don't think it's necessary.

I think it is fair without the pick. Both users like the trade for their own reasons, and it is not obviously lopsided to step in, so I say its good.

Last year it was like pulling teeth to get a trade to go through with 6 different opinions on the board. I think by going the route we are this year, we should have more success in knowing where we stand with our trades.

I'm going to go ahead and put this through without the pick - it sounds like the majority thinks its okay without the pick.
