So what kind of style are you guys going to play? In the real world, we would have game tape. Here I think it's fair to at least know style.

For me, it was a tough call. I've always been a pro-style guy at heart, but the new books and the overall make-up of the Bucks has kind of forced my hand.

For those looking to game plan: The Buckeyes will emulate Urban's style. Lots of 3 and 4 wide stuff and motion to create numbers advantages in the running game. Over the top when you cheat up. Nothing under center unless I'm inside the 5 or going on 4th and short - and only rarely then. Spread option all the way.

Iowa will try to start out with a very balanced offense. 6'0, 225 lb HB Mark Weisman will be the primary man in the backfield, leading the power run game with Damon Bullock providing a bit of a change of pace now and then. Sophomore QB Jake Rudock won the starting job and won't be asked to win games on his own, but limiting turnovers will be key to Iowa's slow placed, clock management style of offense.

This is how I've played ever since 2009. First year that I'm going a different direction. Any thoughts on the stat numbers we'll have to hit for XP? Kind of works against the slower paced squads, it seems.

My playbook is based off the default Iowa State playbook. Primarily shotgun with some pistol. I usually play around with a lot of playbooks before I pick one, but when I played early with Iowa States I loved it. There's so many new and interesting plays in NCAA14. I love it.

On defense, ISUs default playbook is 4-3, but in real life, their 3rd linebacker is usually a converted safety playing the "Nickel". I like it that way too and will be running a 4-2-5 playbook with that safety up in the box a lot. Perfect against the 3+ WR spreads of the Big12.

UConn will manage the clock on offense, bend-don't-break on defense. And most importantly... Run. The. Ball.

Jeez LTL, not sure how you manage to keep up with all those different formations. lol

On offense, I have a "take what the defense gives you" approach. I try out a lot of different formations (2TE I form sets to 5 wide shotgun) and adjust to how the defense plays.

On defense, I try to mix it up a bit and keep the offense off balance. I don't blitz a lot, but I will send some pressure if I think I can get there.

I'm from the Belichick school of coaching so I won't say much, except I always use special teams on 4th down.

Should be required to post your playbook do you can scout out the other team and have an idea of what you have ahead. Just like real life. Just saying.. If this isn't the case I'll keep my playbook closed..

I have no playbook. I take what is there. If I'm down I throw from the Shotgun. If I'm heavily outmatched I use some clock as my defensive skills are short of embarrassing. I use the Quarter from time to time. Not a big PA guy, unless I'm having success running the ball.

BGSU. 4-3 defense. I don't use the same play twice. I don't use the same play calling every game. Switch it up. I like FBs.

What this guy said. Default Texas playbook for me which uses alot of Pistol sets but the primary focus will be running the ball and setting up the playaction. 4-3 Defense

Oregon Playbook - Spread Attack that focuses on moving the chains and ball control...eventually setting up a monster play or two. Dont quite have the personnel to run MY spread but if I sign all these JUCOs im going after there, then will be a SIGNIFICANT upgrade in talent, especially at QB ;)

4-2-5 Defense (eventually move to 4-3 in a year or two)
