Created this for myself and figured I'd share it with folks.

Basically I tend to have grand plans created in my head for players on my team, but the second time I go to spend those XPs, I forget what I've spent on in the past and what my plan was to begin with.

So i created this tracking sheet. Basically I can define up to three ratings or traits I want to concentrate on for any given player and then track what i've spent on (by comparing what their rating is now vs. what it was originally). I also added a notes column where I'll put the starting OVR and anything else.

Excel for those who want to do this on a laptop or something:

BlyGilmore - do you (or anyone else) know if there is a benefit to spending XP on the QB trait "throw tight spirals"? I would expect that should either help with overall accuracy in bad weather situations or make balls easier for receivers to catch, but I'm leery of dropping 10k on it if it is useless.

I haven't had a chance to get it personally (and lord knows Eli throws some ducks). From what i've seen on Reddit the consensus is folks do believe it makes a difference in your QB's accuracy and its something you should get, especially for younger/lower accuracy QBs.

If you have somebody like Rodgers or Brady (who I presume don't have it by default), it might not be worth it considering they're already super accurate.

I have Cutler, so it was the first thing I was going for. Thanks for the information.

    Isn't that toughness :)

Players with high toughness don't stand on the sideline during playoff games because they got a bo-bo on their knee.

OK - I'll take that as my cue to bow out of this conversation.

You apparently got your medical degree from the same place MJD did.

Real men don't do salsa dances in tight clothing in front of teammates and other men.

I actually created a very similar spreadsheet to do this as well. Much easier to track what you've been doing and what the effect was.

Bite your tongue! Cruz is the man, he does it to honor his grandmother (who just passed away and taught him how to salsa dance as a kid). At least there is a story behind the celebration. I love it

I'm a Cruz fan too. I actually heard about that story, then forgot about it (. I knew I didn't feel right posting that for a reason...

Anyway, if I got hit every play, I'd be upset too. Especially when your starting LT is a big teddy bear...

More importantly we would hardly ever get to use funny GIF's , which would make this place boring
