Player Progression - Training Focus

So, I need everyone to post their training focus for off-season progression. You can submit it here or send a PM to HAL9100 and myself.

Remember, here is what each player will need to qualify for progression:

Pitchers - 4 Game Starts or Appear in 8 Games
Position Players - Play in 15 Games

Of the players that qualify, only 10 players on each team(5 position players and 5 pitchers) will progress. The owners of each team will select 4 players from the list that they would like to progress and the TCBL Management will then select 6 of the remaining players that they feel most deserve to progress.

The 10 players that are selected to progress will receive 50 progression points. These 50 points will then be distributed to the players based on each team’s training focus.

*No attribute may have a percentage higher than 25% and keep it in increments of 5.

For progression, we just need to know how to allocate your 50 progression points. So, you would send something like this -

Good question. You can do it now if you would like. If not, I will make the formal request prior to the offseason.

One other thing - you may want to be strategic in the four players you pick. For example, picking Chase Headley as one of your four may not be the best idea since he will most likely be picked as one of the 6 players identified by Hal and me to progress. Just a thought!

Yep, already thought of that myself. You mainly want to use your 4 player picks on guys that NEED the progression over guys that already produce etc.
