I will try them out tonight Shino when I start my offline test dynasty with Texas (who I use in the Experience). I plan on doing Heisman (both gameplay and recruiting) with 9 or 10 minute quarters, since the number of plays on even 8 minute quarters seems low with the accelerated clock.

It will be helpful for anyone testing these to post your stats in addition to your feedback, so we can get an idea of how things are working.

Will post stats when i get back home later today... Power vs Power are giving me good games... I can easily move the ball playing Power vs non-power school, and the one game i started non-power vs power it was a struggle to move the ball consistently. I can gain yards, but not easily and consistently....

This was the definition of an ugly game...

    Nebraska 13 UNC 10

    UNC QB Rat 110.6 10-22 179 yards 1 TD 2 INT 2 Sack
    Neb QB Rat 152.6 14-21 215 yards 0 TD 0 INT 1 Sack

    UNC HB 21 ATT 48 Yards 2.2 AVG 0 TD 0 Fumble
    Neb RB 19 ATT 86 Yards 4.5 AVG 1 TD 1 Fumble

Total Offense Neb 286 UNC 239
First Downs Neb 11 UNC 12
    Turnovers Neb 1 UNC 2
Offensive plays Neb 51 UNC 54

Very close and ugly game. On defense I played conservative making sure I didn't give up the big play. Offensively I threw 1 really bad INT, and I could not get my running game going.... Uhh...

Turned Hum Run Blk up to 55 to account for number of running plays with defenders in the backfield.

Sorry Shino, but I don't think Heisman is going to happen. I played 2 games on Heisman, both were robo-QB fest. In game one, Rice's QB went 22-25 for over 300 yards and 3 TD's in the second half, and in game 2, TTU's QB went 33-37 for nearly 400 yards in the first half. Both games were with me using Texas, game 1 was on default sliders, game 2 was with your modified sliders.

Plus, in game 2 I had 300 yards rushing vs a B rated defense in a half.

I still am voting for AA with modified sliders (possibly heavily modified).

Shino, I did get your message last night, was just in the middle of my 2nd game and didn't read it until after I had posted my results.

I saw you changed the speed threshold, how does that play out?

So far I am liking it.... After playing the AI a lot I can notice the subtle changes. Faster players are a tad more noticeable, especially places like the D-Line. When I was playing with the setting I could notice some change on who beats who to the outside. At normal and slow LB can get to a spot almost at the same time as a fast D-Line man.... Then after lowering it you can see the D-line getting there just a little faster.

Today I am going to test out game speed. Since all the online games are on normal I doubt I will try to change it especially since people are used to it. But I've seen people are very excited about how the game plays on slow. So I am about to experiment with that.

This was a game I played with the new AA Sliders

Georgia (CPU) 31 Michigan (Me) 21

    Michigan QB Rat 153.1 16-28 202 yards 3 TD 0 INT 0 Sack
    Georgia QB Rat 167.5 13-19 154 yards 3 TD 2 INT 1 Sack

    Michigan HB 17 ATT 77 Yards 4.5 AVG 0 TD 0 Fumble
    Georgia HB 17 ATT 91 Yards 5.3 AVG 0 TD 0 Fumble

Total Offense Michigan 290 Georgia 327
First Downs Michigan 12 Georgia 14
    Turnovers Michigan 0 Georgia 2
Offensive plays Michigan 52 Georgia 51

Very good game....Both teams controlled the ball and were able to sting some nice drives together. The difference in the game came down to redzone offense. Georgia Converted in the redzone, while Michigan missed 2 Field goals (From the side hashes). Only had two turnovers the entire game, and both were legit. One was a long pass at the end of the first half, the other was a pick of off a rushed throw from a blitz.

    Will post more games soon.

Does anyone know yet if you can adjust the game speed in online dynasty user vs user games? If you can't, then it is highly unlikely we would mess with that setting, since you don't want the game to play markedly different in a user game vs a CPU game.

I'll give these a shot tonight or tomorrow. I want to play OU-Texas tonight on AA default and see how that goes first.

I don't think there is much of a future in default sliders. I haven't had the cpu come within 14 of me on AA default and I stink at this game so far.

Are those games all with OSU or have you braved the Fresno St waters?

My first game out of the box I had a tight game with SD St vs UCLA, and I had a close game going with Texas vs OU last night on AA default. Evidently I stink worse than you at this game.

To my understanding you can.... it's not an AI slider, it's an option with Difficulty, game length ect. But I decided not to mess with it yet because I've gotten AA sliders playing better right now. Also I don't think people will want to play at an entirely different speed because it really does change the gameflow.

Wow... I need to watch one of your games.... I don't consider myself that good at all yet, but I had no trouble abusing the CPU on AA default out of the box. I observed scores from around the site and people were also putting up ridiculous numbers on AA.

What kind of offense are you running? What is the CPU doing to move the ball against you?

When you get a chance can you test out these AA Sliders.... I really want to see what others in the league think about them.... even if you just play a half. Cause ultimately I am thinking about everyone else when I make these.... Like I know I am not a good passer yet, but all of my struggles have been fair. I can look at the replay to see my mistakes. So if I go 12-30 with 2 interceptions... sometimes I know it's because I have not perfected passing yet.

If you can start out with an even matchup like a Michigan vs Georgia or whatever and let me know that will be great.

Well, remember that SD State is a C rated team and I was going against UCLA who I think is rated a B. I felt pretty good being able to win that game. Texas OU was close in the first half but I was admitedly experimenting with a different offense.

I can easily destroy the CPU with Texas on Heisman by running the ball, and I imagine I could do so again on AA if needed. I like to pass and have been trying to figure it out vs the CPU in most of my games which is probably why those two games were closer.

Plus, you have to remember that I'm not very good at this game, evidently worse that most others who think they aren't good at it.;)

They were all as OSU. The scores I can remember were:

17-3 over Iowa, 40 something - nil over Marshall, 14-3 over Miami and then 20-3 vs. Illinois.

All of those were on AA default. If I could throw it would have been much worse against all of them. Pryor lit Marshall up that's why the score was much higher.

This was a power vs non-power matchup

Miami (Me) 28 Florida Atlantic (CPU) 3

    Mia QB Rat 98.7 10-28 167 yards 2 TD 1 INT 0 Sack
    Fau QB Rat 96.9 16-29 192 yards 0 TD 2 INT 3 Sack

    Mia HB 24 ATT 134 Yards 5.5 AVG 1 TD 0 Fumble
    Mia HB 5 ATT 37 Yards 7.4 AVG 1 TD 0 Fumble
    Fau HB 14 ATT 11 Yards 0.7 AVG 0 TD 0 Fumble
    Fau HB 5 ATT 0 Yards 0.0 AVG 0 TD 1 Fumble

Total Offense Mia 352 Fau 196
First Downs Mia 15 Fau 14
    Turnovers Mia 1 Fau 2
Offensive plays Mia 60 Fau 61

The good thing is that I know with these sliders we will be able to abuse the CPU that are greatly over-matched. If I was not playing stupid with the passing game trying out new plays I probably could've put up at-least 2 more touchdowns. FAU QB actually has an 88 THA so he was able to make some nice passes. But they were never a threat on offense besides a few plays here and there.

    Here's a non-power vs power matchup

Toledo (Me) 3 Oregon (CPU) 28

    Tol QB Rat 75.0 6-18 137 yards 0 TD 2 INT 4 Sack
    Oreg QB Rat 190.9 20-29 264 yards 4 TD 0 INT 4 Sack

    Tol HB 21 ATT 33 Yards 1.5 AVG 0 TD 0 Fumble
    Oreg HB 13 ATT 46 Yards 3.5 AVG 0 TD 1 Fumble

Total Offense Tol 139 Oreg 323
First Downs Tol 7 Oreg 16
    Turnovers Tol 2 Oreg 3
Offensive plays Tol 52 Oreg 62

This felt like a David vs Goliath game. Every play felt like a big play... and you felt good to string a couple together. Oregon pretty much had their way with me, now I am on the other side of the 28-3 beating. Taking a team like Toledo and beating a top 5 will be a major feat... which is how it should be. At the same time, someone really good on the right day maybe able to pull it off.

Bump.... can somebody try these and let me know how they work for you and post stats???? I've really tried to work on sliders for this league to give us good and fair play vs the cpu.... But if nobody cares about sliders that much it's cool and I'll move on to working on something else.
