I like strict limitations because it makes special recruits more special. A LB with high 80's speed should be rare. I stand by these limitations:

    POS HT WT SPD Notes
    FB 5'10-6'2 218-265 65-85
    WR 5'10-6'7 170-235 75-97
    TE 6'0-6'8 218-275 65-85 approx. 1 over 84 SPD per class
    DE 5'11-6'8 218-300 54-84 approx. 1 over 82 SPD per class
    DT 5'11-6'7 247-330 44-72 approx. 1 over 70 SPD per class
    MLB 5'10-6'5 216-252 67-89 approx. 2 over 85 SPD per class
    OLB 5'10-6'7 190-252 63-89 approx. 1 over 88 SPD per class
    FS 5'10-6'5 171-220 70-97
    SS 5'10-6'7 166-227 70-92 approx. 2 ≥ 220 WT per class

So in terms of moving safeties to linebacker, if the weight has to be 220 or more than there are only going to be around 3 safeties that even reach that. Some of those would then be too fast, too.

If we want to be strict, then these are some numbers we could go by (these are just a starting point - I am obviously not the authority on this):

    POS HT WT SPD Notes
    FB 5'10-6'2 ≥225 ≤84 1 or 2 HB's would qualify per year
    TE 6'0-6'8 ≥225 ≤83 2 or 3 WR's would qualify per year
    DE 5'11-6'8 ≥250 ≤78 3 LB's would qualify per year
    DT 5'11-6'7 >270 ≤69 10 DE's would qualify per year
MLB 5'10-6'5 >230 ≤84 0 safeties would qualify per year
OLB 5'10-6'7 >220 ≤84 2 safeties would qualify per year

The only high number is the DE to DT, but a DE that is over 270 and slower than 69 seemed fair. These criteria are still much stricter than any other league that I've seen.
