This has been an issue as of late and I think it is best we set some guidelines.

    Here are my thoughts

QB: None, due to if they can throw and run, that is not uncommon these days. I.E, Coverage or blocking skills wouldn't affect anything a QB does

    HB: None

FB: Over 220lbs, at least 6'0", not more than 90 speed, no more than 80-something speed

    WR: None

TE: Can't be over 90 speed unless he naturally progresses and is a natural TE.

    WR: None

O Line: None, any position is universal on the line

Defense is a little more of a touchy subject and I'd like to hear opinions

Here are my opinions based on what I found out when I looked at the recruits.

I like the info aarondramp gave us using the recruits that are generated in the game. If a guy fits into those categories then a position change is OK. Other switches might be on a case by case basis if there are some special circumstances.

Completely agree. This applies for ATH as well correct.

I didn't have as much data on athletes because I was looking at the raw data before they were on a team. I didn't see any outliers in the data I looked at (the 2 seasons where I simmed through and looked at the players after they were on a team). They matched up with the rest of what I had.
