    POWER RANKINGS: WEEK 5

Get them to me by noon friday. I will compile, and we have a special release planned for this week.

Send them to powerrankings.omfl@hotmail.com. Please number them 1-32 as it helps when putting them in the database.

No, I was supposed to announce them on Sunday's radio show, which was cancelled. The show is rescheduled for Wednesday night, and we will announce it then. Just seeing if I will have a director at this point or not, cause my recording capabilities are not good.

You might as well make them Week 6 Power Rankings cause all the games should be played before Wednesday.

Sorry about delay to all involved. Here are the week 5 power rankings!

    1. Colts - Still on top of the OMFL after a couple of close calls.
    2. Vikings - Just punishing people with Petersen and Favre.
    3. Giants - Have been flying under the radar. Not anymore.
    4. Chargers - Their defense might be the best in the AFC.
    5. Patriots - Have regrouped nicely after that week 1 loss.
T6. Saints - That one ugly loss seems like an abberration.
T6. Texans - Tough loss brings them down a notch.
    8. Cowboys - This is where they expected to be with all that talent.
    9. Raiders - So far the surprise team of the year.
    10. Bills - Looked so dominant early in the season but starting to falter.
    11. Falcons - If their pressure defensive pressure doesn't work they are in trouble.
    12. Eagles - Will have a tough time in the NFC east, but hanging tough sofar.
    13. Bengals - Sitting on top of a putrid division.
    14. Rams - We will see how the new ownership handles this talentless team that has overacheived so far.
    15. Packers - That defense is pourous.
    16. Steelers - Definitely DON'T look like the defending champs.
    17. Titans - No room for error in their division.
    18. Broncos - Loss to the CPU hurting.
    19. Redskins - Seems like it might not be their year despite the payroll.
    20. Panthers - Running game good. Defense bad.
    21. 49ers - Hanging around so far in the NFC west.
    22. Cardinals - That early season loss to the Jaguars may come back to haunt them.
    23. Jaguars - It's Jones-Drew or bust. . .and so far it's BUST.
    24. Chiefs - Owner getting frustrated with lack of offense. New quarterback Alex Smith to the rescue?
    25. Seahawks - So much offensive talent they should be racking up the points.
    26. Browns - In that division they actually aren't out of it.
    27. Bears - That Jay Cutler trade isn't paying dividends.
    28. Lions - Struggling to rebuild.
    29. Buccaneers - New owner. . .same results
    30. Dolphins - Well, at least they are in the same division as. . .
    31. Jets - Yuck.
    32. Ravens - New owner bringing same results he had in Tampa.

Damn I got shafted. I beat the Redskins and they're still ahead of me. I will just have to take it out on the Bucs.
