    Steelers Get:

    WR - Dwayne Bowe - 87 ovr - 28yo
    MLB - Derrick Johnson - 82 ovr - 30 yo
    DT - Albert Haynesworth - 85 ovr - 32 yo
    RG - Ryan Lilja - 83 ovr - 31 yo

    Chiefs Get:

    C - Maurkice Pouncey - 90ovr - 24yo

    --------
my first trade attempt, hope I brought enough to the table! I know Pouncey would be a huge pickup, that's why I offered a lot.

    Steelers are very weak at Guard overalls = 77, 73, 62, 56.
    Steelers are weak at WR = 87, 77, 76, 71, 55
    Steelers' 3/4 LBs are strong, yet thin = 92, 92, 82, 74, 73
    Steelers DTs are old and weak = 90, 73, 66 - top 2 are 36 and 37 years old.

    @Keller

Maybe make a new rule, trading a guy to cpu is like cutting them, you keep the 1/2 cap hit?

    Decline

Haynesworth is nothing but a cap dump to me, and has been said so as such from Sub in his trade thread stating he needed/wanted to get rid of a DT since he has 3. Pouncey is not worth this much to me and is just a salary dump in my opinion so I do not approve this unless it gets a little more leveled either Salary or talent wise.

Under trades it states that 2 approvals are needed... do I need more for CPU trades or can this one be counted as completed?

As far as I knew it was 3 to be approved, that is what we have been doing, 3 out of 5 of us to approve a trade

Majority to be approved. Keller always counts for 2 votes.....j/k

NO this is actually too lopsided.

Its definitely a cap dump. I would like to see you remove Bowe from the trade. trading Bowe leaves you at 3 WRs only. so you either need to drop a player or take on a player. especially since you are shedding Haynesworth's $14 a year. if Bowe was a problem why not trade him to a user?

I brought Bowe to the table to equal it out better for Pouncey. I plan to pick up 2 WRs to complete my core if Bowe leaves.

I'd be just fine with pulling him out or taking on any of Pitt's WRs.

    MLB - Derrick Johnson - 82 ovr - 30 yo
    DT - Albert Haynesworth - 85 ovr - 32 yo
    RG - Ryan Lilja - 83 ovr - 31 yo

    Chiefs Get:

    C - Maurkice Pouncey - 90ovr - 24yo

Is this better? I was trying to get it right the first time and not go through the process of all the declines, that's why it might have been over the top in CPU's favor.

Can't factor in age more than needed... what are we gonna play, 1 or 2 more seasons?

I'd rather see Bowe in the deal and Haynesworth coming out of it as to not be a salary dump so much with the big contract of Haynesworth.

Before it was too much, now it's not enough?

What if I replace Haynesworth with the 79ovr DT I just drafted in the 1st round?

I would rather just have Bowe be in rather than Haynesworth, the $14 for Haynesworth is a big contract that I don't think after one season should be able to go away. But I'd be okay with Crawford going in the deal instead of Haynesworth, you do have to pay the SB for him tho

The whole point was to move 1 DT. I have 3 startable, but only need 1.

Fuck it, I'm done with this BS.

Like I said I'm okay with Crawford going in the deal in place of Haynesworth. You had Bowe in the original deal so I was merely using that as part of it.

No reason for the hostility in regards to it, I'm just trying to help and let you know my thoughts, I'm just one of the guys on the committee.

Don't mean it to sound crazy hostile, but I guess re-reading it, it did.

Sorry, it's frustrating, I should step back and look at your position.

It's all good I understand it's frustrating at times, it's tough for us especially when it is close like this deal is. We appreciate the willingness to work with us and make it work. (y)

Although 'Nutter is a total asshole. so feel free to be a dick to him. :)

I believe this trade is a go anyway. its got me, and rush YES> and I read Mustang's as a YES. Keller could step in and Veto but I dont he will.

Still don't think I have the votes, Seachicken.

You wanted me to dump Bowe, so I could maybe count you for a yes on the 2nd proposal. Rush and Mustang approved the first proposal.

Bah - I dunno its tough. It just feels like 3 old guys for a young stud. I mean do the Steelers need any of what you're giving up?

I explained it in the first post.... Steelers could use DJ as their 4th starting LB, they are VERY weak at guard (have a 73 starting), and very old and thin at DT.

I could really care less if Pouncey was 24 or 34, he just fills a position of need for me and I was trying to find a team that could use a DT.

Like I said prior... can we even make it 2 more years in this league? Does age matter that much at this point?
