    Dynasty Description
Pushing For Pasadena is a dynasty where users will begin at mid tiered schools and work through their careers as they and the carousel see fit.

    Game Play Rules
Site wide guidelines can be found here:

In addition to those rules, Pushing For Pasadena will have the following gameplay restrictions:
-Game Planning is allowed except for Jump Snap, Strip Ball, and Catching.
-Restarts will not be allowed. If something comes up (like a game freeze), and you can prove it, please do. If you restart and have no proof, please do not do another play through. The game will be simmed. If this happens more than once, I reserve the right to give you the boot.
-You may go for it on 4th down and 5 or less yards if you are in your kickers dead zone inside of the 40.
-Please refrain from running up the score. This especially applies to scores with very little time on the clock in blowouts. If this happens repeatedly, actions will be taken.

    Forum Participation
All members need to be active in discussion on the forums and need to be active enough to follow news and schedule games in a timely fashion. User created will not be mandatory, but is appreciated.

    Advance Schedule
There will be a soft 48 hour and hard 72 hour advance schedule. However, if all users are done before that time, I will advance as soon as possible. Extensions behind the 48 hour limit will normally not be granted for CPU games, but may be granted for user games. This will be done on a case by case basis.
If a user will be unavailable for several days, they should post in the Absence thread.

Offseasons will be done in either one night or through a series of 12 hour advances, depending on the general availability of members of the league at the time of the offseason.

    Depth Chart/Redshirting
Depth Chart most follow the ratings of your players fairly closely. A few points of disparity is fine, but a 95 rated receiver should not be playing the slot if you have a guy rated 86 above him. There are situations where a player is rated higher than he plays, so if you feel an exemption is necesary, please send me a PM. Do not redshirt players who have a chance at playing (2 deep, deeper in certain positions). Do not red shirt seniors or juniors without asking via PM. Failure to do this will result in the loss of scholarships.

    Position Changes
Position changes must follow these guidelines.

    Players Leaving
    Players Leaving:

The following players cannot be convinced to stay during the offseason if they want to enter the draft:

    * is > 95 OVR
    * is a JR that has won the Heisman
    * is a JR and has won a major award (Thorpe, Maxwell, Biletnikoff, etc) and is > 90 OVR

Kickers and punters can be swayed from pro draft regardless of OVR and class.

    Complaints About Opponent's Play
If the two of you cannot work it out, contact me via PM. DO NOT MAKE A FORUM THREAD. Be sure to save high lights or game footage if you're recording so it's not just people accusing each other.

The number of :5stars: scholarships allowed per season will be limited to 2.

This number can be determined by this formula:

[Seniors Leaving] + [70 - Total Players on Roster] + [Players Leaving Early (offseason only)]

You will not be allowed to cut players other than walk ons. NO PLAYERS OTHER THAN WALK ONS MAY BE CUT.

Failure to follow rules that does not warrant removal from the league will receive a warning and possible sanctions. These may include suspension of players and/or scholarship reductions. These will be handled on a case by case basis, but hopefully they will never be used.

    Custom Playbooks will be allowed.
Offense: Please make sure your book has a unifying theme. I don't want to see a power running team with a bunch of 5 WR or a book that's exclusively 5 WR and Quads.
Defense: Keep it to a single base defense focus, you may have a formation or two from a different base, but don't abuse this . The 1-5-5 may be used situationally, but should not be used as a base set.

New for PFPv2 - We will be using a 2 5 star per season limit to keep games balanced and not becoming an arms race.
