Our third superbowl features 2 owners who are no strangers to winning. For LtJustice I believe this is his first shot at the Lombardi Trophy but for the past 2 years Jim has been a mainstay in the playoffs thanks to his great play as well as his top notch GM skills. thafuture3886 is also no stranger to the playoffs as he looks for his 4th Lombardi Trophy as a member of this group. The fact that these 2 are in the Super Bowl shouldn't surprise anybody as both feature two of the best defenses as well as two of the best running games in the league. Let's take a look at the 2 teams...
    Seattle Seahawks
    OFFENSE
    PPG 30.5
    YDS 306.3
    Passing yards 167. 3
    Rushing yards 139

    DEFENSE
    PPG 19.3
    YDS 275.2
    Passing yards 185.6
    Rushing yards 89.6

    How they got here:
The Seahawks were the #1 seed in the NFC with a 13-3 record in the regular season. In the Divisional round they would best the Detroit Lions 45-28. The Conference Title game bought a rematch with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers whom they beat earlier in the season and were able to repeat that with a convincing 34-7 victory.

    Players to watch
QB Russell Wilson - 2834 yards passing, 61.4%, 25 td and 298 yards rushing with 2 td
RB Christine Michel and Vince Kerr - 1737 combined yards and 20 td
WR Percy Harvin - 732 receiving yards and 9 td
    LB Bobby Wagner - 79 tackles, 4 FF, 6 int, 1 sack
CB Richard Sherman - 7 int
CB Patrick Peterson - 6 int

    Indianapolis Colts
    OFFENSE
    PPG 25.6
    YDS 332.1
    Passing yards 205.2
    Rushing yards 126.9

    DEFENSE
    PPG 15.4
    YDS 261.6
    Passing yards 180.9
    Rushing yards 80.8

    How they got here:
The Colts came into the playoffs as the #2 seed after winning 8 straight to close out the season. The Divisional Round they faced the AFC West division winner Oakland Raiders and won 44-14. They would then travel to Cleveland to face the #1 seed Cleveland Browns. They came away with a dominating 34-16 victory thanks to a strong run game and defense.

    Players to watch
QB Andrew Luck - 3475 yards passing, 64.3%, 27 tds and 6 rushing touchdowns
HB Bernard Pierce - 1425 yards rushing(12 games), 12 touchdowns
WR DHB - 41 catches for 848 yards, 8 td
MLB Jerell Freeman - DPOY, 67 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 FF, 6 int
DE Kendell Reyes - 32 tackles, 8 sacks
CB Vontae Davis - 7 int
    CB Cortez Allen - 31 tackles, 4 sacks, 2 FF, 3 int

    So, who do ya got??!!!!!

Seahawks. Think the Hawks go in trying to stop the run, and I think they have the D to do it. Think this will be a close game though, I'll say Hawks 27 - Colts 21.

I played both teams this season and lost to both. Either team could win but it seems like Curtis has hit his stride. I like the Colts 34-23.

Hoping Curtis, so I can say I at least beat the champ. I'd guess Hawks though. That team was tough.

No shock. I think some of us just wanted to believe that Curtis could be overthrown more than once. ;) Way to represent Curtis!
