With everyone looking for their next gig and several hoping for Big Ten jobs, or one of the few remaining Pac-10 jobs, Im kind of in a tough spot. I really like my team and don't want to leave, but I don't want to stay in the MAC and only have 2 or maybe no user games in my conference. I talked about this a great deal before we started and Im worried im going to be forced to leave my team despite the fact that I don't want to leave. In looking at the Big Ten though I think we could be creative and remove a team like Northwestern and replace it with Eastern Michigan, (Assuming everyone moves to the Big Ten) due to several factors: 1) Geography - I don't think anyone can argue that Eastern Michigan is in Big 10 country. 2) Recruiting rivalries - I would have no advantage having to go up against most of the same teams I do now for players. 3) Keep the league strong - Moving to Eastern Michigan means that there are more tough CPU games for other big ten members as opposed to me moving to a school like Michigan and now all of a sudden that is one less tough CPU game, and I have a big upgrade in recruiting. I obviously will do whatever the league wants, but I don't see how it really upsets anything if a small school from Michigan joins the Big 10. Thoughts?
