All week long the Bengals were talking, and all week long the Ravens were not listening. Instead of getting in a war of words, the Ravens decided to play the quiet game... Until Sunday. In what was billed as a potential changing of the guards turned into a blowout as the Ravens soared past the Bengals 41-10. Peyton Manning was stymied all day long getting hit from each side, only being sacked 2 times but the ravens forced 4 turnovers including 2 touchdowns by Zack Bowman including a back breaking 88 yard pick six to end the first half, and virtually the game. The Ravens scored often in the second quarter as the first quarter was a great defensive struggle. However Torey Smith was found for 2 long touchdown passes for scores, as the Ravens took a commanding 24-3 lead. Smith added one more touchdown in the fourth and ended up with 5 catches for 147 yards. Flacco on the day was 13-21 for 296 yards and 3 td. The Ravens have now clinched the AFC North (4-1) for the 2nd straight year under the management of Kris Mims. In the strike CPU year they finished last place. They will close out the season against the Steelers in what will be a game playing for a 1st round bye.
