    READ - CAP MAXIMUMS

Okay, with the bidding wars in full swing, this is a vitally important thing:

    DO NOT EXCEED YOUR CAP.

If you exceed your cap before the draft, any draft picks you have will be picked then go to free agency.

If you exceed your cap after the draft (signing your draft picks puts you over), those draft picks will stay free agents, since you can't afford them.

If, after these measures, you are still after your cap, you must cut to a 53 man roster and get below 350.

If you still are over 350, and cannot get below the cap even with only 53 players on your roster, you will be booted. Period.

There is NO EXCUSE for not managing your cap. It's part of the responsibility of being in the league. As the capologist, I assist you in making sure your math is correct. It is entirely up to YOU to get your cap in order and be responsible. If you cannot be responsible with this, then you will be replaced. End of report.

Good luck in free agency and cap management!
