Now that these teams are 100% our, do you all feel some major connection to your recruits. I was looking at all my WRs and since i'm now using Oklahoma's offense, a good amount of my formations have only 2 or even 1 receiver. I have 3 seniors and I've been wrapping my mind around it and trying to find ways to give them all chances. I've come to the conclusion that they will all get certain formations. Is this crazy or does everyone do this?

I usually do formation assignments to allow certain players locked into specific formation sets. Between this and adjusting your substitution slider, you can effectively get all your players into the game.

I do a lot of this to try to spread the playing time around a bit. The major guys still get the majority of the snaps, but I try to mix in some of the other guys to fit their skill sets.
