    Recruiting - Booms and Busts

Post here once recruiting is over. I want to know who your best and worst recruits are, and who surprised you the most. Did you pick up a three star that ended up better rated than many of your fours? Did you get a four that should have been a three? Do you think any twos might make it past cuts?

Post a recruiting summary here so we can all hate you for your successes, and fake sympathy for your failures.

I'll be posting all my ratings in my recruiting thread, in the first post. Anyone may feel free to steal the table I use. All you have to do is hit the quote option, then copy/paste it. Once that's done, you can just copy/paste the last entry every time a new guys signs, change the info, and it'll add the line to the table. Simple.

Booms = 8 players rated 80 or over. Good O-Line guys.

Busts = #1 recruit in the nation is only an 81, and one of my fives was an ATH that ended up being six points better at FB than any other position, even though he's only 215 lbs. Maybe he'll put on weight as a redshirt.

    Can't complain, though. It's a killer class.

    Ronnie Byrd 4star SS - 76
    Reggie Cary 4star DT - 76
    Bryan Ware 4star OLB - 75

5star and #1 Overall QB - Mark Adams - 77. 80 speed, 98 throw power, 76 accuracy. A redshirt year should do him wonders. He'll take over after that.

I'm pretty pumped about this class. The O-Line is going to be unbelievable in the coming years.

I got the guys I needed where I needed them. Not only did they come in highly rated, but they did so where I was weakest (like OG). I couldn't have drawn this up better.

I'm more impressed with the fact that many of his 3-star recruits have equal or higher ratings than others' 4-star recruits. He definitely knows what attributes to focus on ...
