    I want to try this layout for next launch. I would like all current members and 12' members to offer feedback. It would also be appreciated if CURRENT legacy members can fill this in a bit if you have time. I want to see how it works for everyone and also take any suggestion. I will obviously format it more for NCAA 12 but will take any other suggestions.

    To use this all you have to do is click on the link and you will have access to edit your team area and fill in your recruits. It also embeds on the forum so everyone can view it, should be a great way to organize in one spot and should be easy to do for everyone.

    Here is the link:

    Thanks man! Google Docs make it really easy to track everything. I wish the game kept track but this is the next best thing we could find.

    ya both of those look great, I plan on doing the same for records as well, may borrow from both of you.

    Does everyone like this setup for recruiting?

    I do like the setup. I can never get the forum tables to look neat and google docs is very easy to use.

    I would like to add a column with rating progression. Think it would be really interesting to have that in the record keeping. See who's recruits from each class make giant leaps and such.

    each user will use it to input recruits they sign. Did you try clicking the link? Just click and you can fill it in anywhere you want, you'd just scroll to your team and write in your recruits name, and stars etc.. I will handle record keeping n stuff.

    just an extra column for rating you mean? Ya we can do that of course it will be up to each user to comeback and fill in all the ratings

    Freshman Rating
    Sophomore Ratng
    Junior Rating
    Senior Rating
    Improvement from Freshman Year

    Something like that.

    @HovaTheGodMC

    My only suggestion would be to include drop downs for the position and caliber columns. That would make it easier to filter. I know it can be done in excel not sure about google docs. Just my 2 cents to reduce input errors
