Post all you schollies for the available season and your updated recruit lists:
2011 Maryland Terps: 10 seniors + 1 + 2 (68 on roster) = 13
2011 UCLA Bruins: 14 Seniors + 1 + 2 (68 on roster) = 17.
18 when Jonathan Franklin leaves for the NFL after winning the Heisman trophy! ha
I'll be celebrating!!!
The extra +1...
I know you said it's for the Juniors that leave early/transfers, but what if you get em to stay?
You get the extra 1 no matter what. For example if you have 15 seniors and 2 jrs that want to leave.
If you talk them into staying you have: 15(srs) + 1(extra) = 16 schollies to offer
If you don't talk them into staying then you have 15(srs) + 2(jrs leaving) + 1(extra) = 18 schollies to offer
Don't forget there will be restrictions on who you can try and sway into staying.
Houston courgars: 14 seniors + 2 open spots + 1 = 17 Schollies to offer
15 seniors + 1 = 16
There may be restrictions down the line but I think being able to sway is important now.
19 seniors + 2 empty roster spaces = 21 scholarships
I really should have done my homework before choosing Cal
2011 Kansas State Wildcats: 17 seniors + 1 + 2 (68 on roster) = 20
2011 Arizona State Sun Devils: 23 seniors + 2 (68 on roster) = 25
I'm with at bravejaf, I should have done some research before choosing ASU. They're solid this year, but will be losing a ton of starters after year 1.
ASU was another team I considered, guess it would have been am even worse choice.
2011 Kansas Jayhawks: 10 Seniors (WTH??) + 1 + 2(68 on roster) = 13 Scholraships
2011 Baylor Bears:
11 Seniors + 1 +2 (68 on roster) = 14 scholarships
The recruiting trail starts of nicely for Coach Slick and the Houston Cougars as they were able to insta-committ 2 players

Duke Blue Devils:

NC State is starting the season off right nabbing 3 instant commits week 1

2011 Oregon State Beavers: 15 seniors + 2 extra roster spots + 1 person = 18 scholarships
Got an instant commit:

Baylor's recruiting efforts were rewarded early as they scored 3 instant commits:

Last week I was the number 6 choice for a star player. After the week advance I was no longer on his list even though I sent the house to him and got around 500 points!!! Anyone else experience anything like that yet in the dynasty or the game? I'm a little pissed at him! Ha, was going to build my team around him (like he was really going to sign with me )
You need to stop shooting for the stars, and aim at......tree branches. (3 STar is the new 5 star... or so I tell myself to ease the pain. lol)
Yea but if I'm in his top 10 why not? I think it would be dumb not to go for players who want to come win championships at UCLA!
