    To determine the number of scholarships you can give out during the season should be done with this formula:

    A+B+2 = # of schollys

    A = 70 - number of players on your roster
    B = number of seniors
    C = 2 player cushion

    Once the season is done and you have Juniors and RS Sophmores leave for the NFL you will open up scholorships to use in the off-season.

    SO MAKE SURE YOU RECRUIT PLAYERS OVER YOUR SCHOLARSHIP LIMIT, JUST DO NOT OFFER THEM SCHOLARSHIPS UNTIL THEY OPEN UP.

    Players who transfer away from your program will also open up a scholarship and players who transfer in will take up a scholarship.

    How do you see the total number of players you have?

    69 players, 18 seniors.

    So.... 21 total scholarships (19 plus 2 cushion) for Miami this year.
