Coach Harris likes to play a very aggressive secondary. My receivers were hardly ever open, I had to stick to a very conservative and short passing game. His D line is also ferocious when it come to stopping the run as he kept Berry under 100 yards rushing.

On offense, He favored the run and it did him some good, got him distance on field. The cons of his offense seem to be a kicker who doesn't appear to have a strong leg, QB gets rattled under pressure and throws dangerous passes. I believe if the QB settles down a bit, he will be a force to be reckoned with because some of those passes were damn good.

Texas Tech lands the #15 halfback in the nation, Zac Luke from Duncanville, TX. He looks to be an elusive type runner with a B+ speed, and a B agility and acceleration rating. He will be needed with 2 of the 3 current HB's being seniors.

Wk 10, Texas Tech receives a firm commitment from Cary Medley, a 6'-3", 197 lbs pocket passer from Louisiana. B+ throw power and B accuracy.

The win over Baylor pays off in a big way, with Texas Tech landing 4 new recruits; a 4-Star ATH with B+ throw power, a hard hitting, 4-star FS, a 3-star ATH with B+ speed, and a 3-star CB with A- speed.

Texas Tech lands the 22nd ranked receiver in the nation, Maurice Cox, from Round Rock, TX. Listed as "balanced" he is not very big, at 6'0", 167lbs

Texas Tech signs DT Tanard Howard from Rio Grande City, TX. At 6'3" 277lbs, and an A- strength, he was a crucial commitment for a poor Tech run defense.
