So another solid 12-4 season for the Redskins, the 4 losses came to the NFC's best team IMO (Philadelphia Eagles x2), the 13-3/12-4 Denver Broncos, and a surprising loss to the St. Louis Rams. Another year in the Wildcard Playoff week, last season we were able to take down the Minnesota Vikings in the 1st Round before losing to the Seattle Seahawks in the Divisional round. This season we should be facing the Carolina Panthers, a team we beat soundly during the regular season. However… RG3 is out for the next 2 weeks which puts this team on the shoulders of the unreliable Ryan Mallett. No matter how this team does in the playoffs, sacrifices were made going into this season knowing that we had a sub-par O-Line and Secondary. Ownership made several trades during the draft last season that tested the depth across the board during the year and it was very obvious when it came to playing the top-tier talent in this league. However, through those trades we were able to piece together one of the best receiving corps in all of football with Jordan Reed, Dorial Green-Beckham, Kelvin Benjamin, Larry Fitzgerald, Niles Paul, and Pierre Garcon. The Redskins have 8 picks in the first 2 rounds (4 in 1st, 4 in 2nd) of this years draft, all of which are on the block. (Message me if interested) We will do our best to address the much needed starting talent across our offensive line, cornerbacks, and secondary. With the help of trades, free agency, and the draft we hope to bring in the talent necessary to compete better in the NFC East, and across the NFL in general.
