A back and forth game was marred by a horrendous spot on a key fourth down and 3, where torrey smith whole entire body was across the 1st down marker (including the ball). This would have set up a 1st and 10 at the 19 yard line with 38 seconds left and 1 time out, instead the Steelers take the ball and kneel on it for the win.

    GG dude. Horse shit ending

Pittsburgh jump out to an early 14-3 lead after long catch and runs by both Emmanuel Sanders and Antonio Brown. Sanders got separation on the press coverage and outran a few tacklers for a 68 yard score. Browns' was a little different, Ben placed a pass to Brown between two defenders on the post route and after a making a man miss Brown was off to the races for the 75 yard TD.

Baltimore moved the ball well all day and nearing the end of the half was it was no different. Flacco connected with Torrey Smith on the slant for a score making it 14-10 at halftime.

In the third quarter Flacco connected with Smith once again this time on a 60 yard bomb as the Steeler coverage was unable to keep up with the speedster. Smith caught the ball right over the goal line giving the Ravens their first lead 17-14.

In the fourth Baltimore found themselves with a first and goal situation inside the Pittsburgh 5 yard line. After a run on first down to the one the TD looked like a formality, but the Steeler defense stepped up and on third down they stuffed the fullback for a 2 yard loss and the Ravens settled for the FG and the 6 point lead. Pittsburgh took possesion and moved down looking for the lead but were forced to kick a FG cutting the lead to in half 20-17. After holding the Ravens to a quick possesion Pittsburgh had the ball with a shot at a tie or the lead. The Steelers then made a mistake that should of cost them the game. Big Ben was under center and sensed a blitz on the strong side, while trying to audible TE Taylor to block the ball got snapped instead. The quick pass resulted into an easy interception by the Ravens SS Bernard Pollard. Luckily the Steelers were able to stop the Ravens used their timeouts wisely and forced a Baltimore punt with just over 2 minutes to play. The punt pinned Pittsburgh deep but after moving the ball to the 43 yard line a game tying FG looked manageable. Big Ben had other plans and connected with the streaking TE Taylor for a 57 yard TD and the Steelers were back in front 24-20. Baltimore got the ball back with about 1 minute to play and three timeouts. After a well timed HB screen for 30 yards, and a couple other pass plays the Ravens had the ball inside the Pittsburgh 30. This is when the infamous screw job happened. On 4th and 3 Torrey Smith grabbed the quick pass right at the line to gain but it was hard to tell from the angle whether or not he crossed the line for the first down. The Refs ruled it short and the Steelers took over possesion and kneeled it down for the win.

    GG man

Whether snubbed by the refs or not, all part of the game. Sounds like it was a great game!
