I'm requesting to relocate due to the current stadium situation in New Orleans. The stadium is at all 1's for its amenities and I'm unable to upgrade them, all I'm able to do is renovate (same as last release). If I dont renovate anything, after the first season the stadium has a score of "6". Due to the finances this release, rebuilding a stadium is just out of the question; my next best option is to relocate.

My first choice would be Oklahoma City:

OKC makes sense regionally for me but its a small market city. I still need to do a test CFM to make sure I dont end up bankrupt after a few seasons due to the market.

My second choice would be London:

London is a large market and from the tests I've done I would have no problem financially. The stadium and graphics also match the team uniforms / logo very nicely.

Personally not a fan of relocating to London for any team fwiw. I could see Oklahoma City being a good fit though

Yikes , going to hold off on voting but I love those uni's and not having a Saints-Falcons rivalry seems odd :(

Sounds like a bit of a bummer that your stadium is in the crapper.

I will have to think on this before i vote. I think the saints are a team who are rooted in LA. I do not see them ever moving irl

Yeah, London is only a choice for me due to finances. OKC is definitely the first choice for me if it works financially.

Benson almost moved them to San Antonio after Katrina, lol.

Due to the owner mode limitations, I will never say no to these. Yes....

For OKC it would be between those and these:

I'm just not a big fan of red unis though, or the "Lancers" name.

Move to Chicago. The fans there deserve a real owner in town. _MG_

Trust me, if I could afford to just rebuild and stay in Nola, I would.

The London Black Knights are clearly the best choice.

So is it better for a team to relocate rather than rebuild?

Of course i voted yes since i am in the same situation and I am relocating. I avg about 15,000 empty seats in a small market with dirt cheap tickets. To survive in this system you need enough revenue to resign your players and grab a few free agents.

The bigger the market and stadium the better. Since the NFL plays games over there already, London is not out of the realm of possibility. With OKC's size and close distance to Dallas, London would be more realistic than OKC IMO.

London Bulldogs in one of the biggest stadiums would be the best choice I think.

I'll be moving to London with the futuristic stadium. I did some tests last night and I didnt like the OKC jerseys at all in game.

I'm withdrawing my request to move the Saints. I'm going to stay in Nola, build a new stadium if financially possible, and tough it out.
