ESPN has sources saying that if Colorado does not make it to the Pac-12 championship and at least give a decent showing in that game, Head Coach Tom Docter will not be coaching in Boulder in 2016. Docter has led the team to 5 straight winning seasons, 3 Pac-12 South division titles, and one Pac -12 Championship in his tenure. Colorado has been giving up huge plays on defense and in big games cannot stay within 21 of the other team. After signing a 4 year extension last season, Colorado is willing to pay the Head Coach the buyout, they just want to see fresh blood at the helm, someone who can coach defense.

Coach Docter did not answer any text or calls on the situation.

Colorado is 4-4 and will need help to get into the Pac-12 championship game.

QBKILLAR If you only win one, please let it be Ole Miss.
