    Ohio State Buckeyes Team Preview
    2014 Record - 13-0
    National Champions
    Big Ten Champions

    Returning Starters:
    Offense - 6
    Defense - 5

Key Returnees: You can't talk about the Buckeyes these days without mentioning Quarterback Joe Harrell. Harrell made the decision to return for his Senior season because "I wanted to finish my degree, and to win another National Title for my school". Harrell will be the starting quarterback for the 4th straight season.

Harrell, who set the National Passer Rating record last season with a 210.0 rating, will lead a relatively young offense that needs his direction. The receiving corps has a total of 18 career receptions and the offensive line is young.

One name that will surely be on the minds of opposing defenses will be Running back Derrick Harris. Harris (6'4", 237 lbs.) bashed his way to 1,600 yards and 23 TDs last season. Harris was a force all season and will be a Heisman candidate.

Expectations: Nothing short of another national championship is expected in Columbus ths year. That being said, do not be surprised to see a couple of early losses. This team is quite young and inexperienced, as well as somewhat slow defensively.

However, the 2012 team was also young, and they were able to shock many people along their way to a BCS Title game appearance (a loss to Auburn).

Projected Record: 11-2 (Losses to Penn State and in a BCS Bowl Game)

    Miami Hurricanes Team Preview
    Returning Starters
    Offense- 3
    Defense-5
HUGE transition year for the Canes with only 8 returning starters on the entire offense and defense! A Completely different team in essence. Key returners are All American SS Patrick Hendrix and FS Ryan Hall. A completely different QB, HB and FB. Along with changes along the O line.
Expectations: The ooc schedule hasnt been released yet but the goal is return to the ACC Championship game.
    Analysis:
QB Derrick Williams may get the start this year he is the 81 overrall rated senior who has been on the bench his entire time here, many are calling for Sophmore Andrew Hawkins to get the start he is not as accurate but has a better arm and can make plays with his feet. Right now the coaching staff is indicating he will get a redshirt though, but that could change if Williams struggles. At the Halfback positions JR Aaron stone gets the nod and there is not too much behind him in the way of talent or bodies so this group needs to stay healthy. At the wideout position Senior Kyle Bright will have to shine, he came in as a 5 Star recruit but is only an 88 overall and was outshined by now Hurricane Legend Steven Graham (who holds essentially all hurricane receiving records) in his time here and its now time for Bright to step up. 6'4 270 pound TE Andy Jones provides a nice target for whomever the QB is as well with his size and speed.
Defensively the line is where the strength is with all 4 players being 88 and above. There is speed in the linebacking corps which is good and they should be able to capitalize on holes opened up by the Line. The Corner position is unexperienced but not a weakness with all upperclassmen at the helm and the safeties played well last year and should continue to be a strength..
    Projected Record 10-3

    Michigan Wolverines Team Preview
    Returning Starters:
    Offense: 1
    Defense: 5
This looks to be a rebuilding year in Michigan as the only offensive starter returning from last season is LG Pierre McDonald. Last season the team was carried by the stellar play of Devin Gardner at quarterback and his veteran offensive group. This season will see only 2 Seniors as starters without much help elsewhere. Junior quarterback Trey Clark and Sophomore running back Sean Miller will need to show up every week for the team to have a chance. Defensively the Wolverines return a veteran line up front, but little experience anywhere else.
    Analysis:
With all the inexperience on the offensive everyone comes into this season as a relative unknown. Starting QB Trey Clark looks to be a solid player rated at 86, the question is whether or not anyone can step up around him. I would look for this group to play conservative and try to keep games close instead of playing the wide open football Michigan's new coach was hoping to bring to the team.
Defensively the team is solid on the front line, although it lacks a standout player anywhere on that side of the ball. If Michigan is going to win games the defensive line must step up and make plays. There is some speed in the secondary and it will be needed in order to keep opponents from hitting big plays.
If this team is going to be competitive it will be due to the gameplans and coaching, the talent is not going to match up against half the teams they will play.
    Expectations:
Michigan certainly can't expect a Big 10 championship or major bowl bid this season as they will be without a difference maker anywhere on the team. It looks like they will be playing the spoiler role in the Big Ten, hoping to upset either Penn State or Ohio State.
    Projected Record: 9-4

Anyone know if @Darlon is still around? I checked the last time he posted in this league and it was his initial post after joining.

I don't mind waiting to play, but do not want to sim week 1.
