It has to be out of the 46. I hardly every blitz my safeties (CAR 4-3 PB), as them creeping down makes it obvious (cough Cheez), or them blitzing from well behind the LOS would never get there in time.

He used the 46 pretty extensively in our game.

1st round: 80 Ovr OT Connor Barr starting RT and has done a great job. No pancakes, but has given up only one sack. Pretty good I would say seeings how easily RT's get beat in this game usually.

    2nd round: nothing

3rd round: 81 Ovr LE John Gunter - dude is a straight beast. Has been a great 3-4 DE and a surprisingly good pass rusher. 4 tackles, a sack, PD, and a FR through 4 games.

4th round: 73 Ovr SS Cameron Sutton - usually plays the 5th corner spot in my 2-3-6 formations.. does a good job and doesn't really ever get beat.

Those are the guys that play for me consistently.

You guys are hilarious. Matrix you are about clueless, you accused me of running 46 when I was in Nickel. I have zero sacks with my safety from the 46. I'm not saying I'm happy about it, it caught me off guard more than anything else. I do mix in several safety blitzes though out of nickel and in quarters for whatever reason he lines up down in one of the corner spots. Long story short, I'm aware of it and working on it.

Beyond that the 46 is a situational defense for me only. You won't catch me running it as base or against 3 wide etc. If i am its purely a mistake.

The play I sent the message on you were in Nickel, however before that you called the 46 extensively. I am not clueless.

Given that you thought I was in the 46 when I'm in nickel, I personally am not putting a whole lot of water in the term extensively.

That being said, I'm done arguing on the forum about it

I never said that. It took me time to pull up xbox.com, log in, find you on friends list and type a message. You can be a dick all you want but I'm not wrong.

Over the course of 14 snaps and 4 offensive series for the Jets, basically before Matrix paused the game for a few minutes to type out a message...

Twice on 1st and 10 against 12 personnel.
    Once on 3rd and 2.

3 total calls of the 46 defense before you sent me a message about using the 46 defense as my base defense.

For a team with a bad quarterback like Sanchez, I don't think running the 46 on 1st and 10 is really that big of a deal. Especially since I ran other, normal, 4-3 defenses in other 1st and 10 situations.

If Shaun wants film then so be it. Its amazing to me that I have to ruin my superbowl buzz just to come on here and defend my playcalling. I'm not referring to Jesse of course, I 100% am behind and am already looking at making sure my safety doesn't put up a bunch of sacks - again that caught me by surprise because he's getting those from CB blitzes (which I do more often than safety blitzes obviously) but unfortunately he's just been lined up in the CB spot in Nickel Strong formation and in Quarters. Again, its a complete surprise to me that he has that many and it will be corrected.
