[/CENTER] CHOMPIONS LEAGUE 2013 Dynasty Description Chompions League began as a six team online dynasty between Spayer419 and five of his neighborhood friends with NCAA 09. Four years, and many seasons, later only 3 of the original 6 remain (Spayer419, Jandy, TheMNorthFace). This year Chompions League is expanding, adding two new conferences and 9 new members from TraditionSportsOnline. For NCAA 2013, members of Chompions League will compete in the Big 10, SEC and ACC. Notre Dame will join the Big 10 after the first season with another CPU controlled team that the league will vote on. Throughout the dynasty the dynasty will incorporate real-life conference realignments, but if the league feels it is necessary, members will be able to propose other conference realignments down the road. Three conferences with two teams in each division will give the dynasty a nice balance of CPU and User games throughout the schedule. After the first season, members will begin playing out-of-conference user games. The caliber of our teams allows us to have great recruiting battles for some of the nation's best prospects, and the quality of our players will help create many great rivalries. The first of 36 hours begins directly after the previous advance. Occasionally, the deadline will be extended an extra 24-hours, but only for extenuating circumstances, and generally online for user-vs-user games. Factors such as magnitude of the game or reason for extension will be taken to consideration by the commissioner. If one user is clearly more proactive in scheduling a game, he will play the computer in place of the negligent user. If both users are proactive the game will either be simmed or the deadline will be extended. If a user lags out or drops connection during the game, the game will either be replayed, simmed out, or played against the computer. Basically use your judgement and work something out before coming to the commissioner for a decision. Generally here are a few guidelines: if one team has a decisive lead late in the game and he drops connection, SIM it in his favor if the team losing drops connection in the second half, the team with the lead can finish against the computer if it's in the first half and close, just replay it. If it's the second half and close, replay it. If you drop a game and can't reschedule within 48-hour deadline, just sim or finish against CPU In addition to those rules, we have some guidelines in place to keep the dynasty as SIM as possible. C = number of walk-ons on your team. Walk-ons may be cut at any time. D = Players leaving early for NFL or transfering (add to your team after off season) E = 70 - current amount of players currently on roster A + B + C + D + E = total number of available scholarships. Note: Committed players count against your scholarship limit.
