My game with Hokie Effect disconnected with 2 minutes left in the half with me up 14-7. We tried 2 other times and both died within 2 minutes of starting. We are going to try again tomorrow.

Air Force Scrapes Out Win At The 'Ville 17-13

The Air Force Falcons finally got their coach back this week after a 2 week absence, and they looked ready to play today on the road against the #19 team in the nation Louisville. Coach Kasper spoke to the media earlier this week on the game.

"We're going to need to play very well against our opponnent this week if we expect to win. A break or two in our favor wouldn't hurt either."

Air Force struck first thanks to a 77 yard catch and run on a curl route by senior Brandon Hirneise and a missed tackle by the Louisville defender (it was a perfectly timed route). The Cardinals answered right back however, capping off a drive with a 26 yard TD from Bridgewater to Harris.

Both teams would tack on a field goal in the second before heading in for the break, with Air Force coming within yards of a touchdown but having to settle for 3.

Louisville got a second field goal from Fletcher in the third quarter from 43 yards out, but the play of the game would follow as senior WB Cody Getz took the kickoff 98 yards to the house for the Falcons- their first KR TD of the season. The fourth quarter was all defense; with 2 minutes to go, however, the Cardinal's offense was on the move. After a few chunks of yards thanks to a nice throw and another great run by Bridgewater, the hurry up offense called for a screen play. Defensive End Champaign made a spectacular interception on the screen, and Air Force would run out the clock.

Another great one Kapono , good game man,

    Boise State - 70
    SMU - 64

The win streak ends with a loss against cheesey ass CPU Boise State. I had to sim some of the defensive possessions because I had baby duty, I probably should have just waited until I had the time to play all the way through (thought I would). Even when I played defense, I couldn't stop anything. I lossed in the 4th OT on a pick. Gilbert had some crazy stats, but it turned into a shoot-out. Sorry for the inflated passing yards though Kasper, I won't play the CPU again unless I'm 100% sure I won't have to sim any of it.

I was going to ask you about that. Super simming should never ever be used unless we are cramming a game in close to the advance deadline.

Yeah I only had a set amount of time, and I wasted too much of it recruiting/talking to BPHusker in a live chat about the disconnects. I was eager to get my game in but I probably should have waited. I honestly don't know how different the score would be, the 50-60% of defensive downs I played + all of the OTs I could not stop them to save my life.

I don't know what you're doing on offense, but those stats are way too inflated. 5 INT's and you still score 63 points?

It was simply all the possessions/time I had from simming on defense, won't happen again. (y)

Good game last night. It was a fun one. A few plays could have swung that. I had two field goals when my guys had chances at TD catches, and I couldn't believe Wreh-Wilson dropped that INT that would have been a sure TD with just a few minutes left.

That interception before halftime was bs man lol, my receiver was at least 15 yards ahead of that CB but he somehow magically intercepted it. I was mad.
