A great game against Nebraska and Penn State was played. A defensive shut out seemed to be present on both sides with a low scoring game in the first half. However, things seemed to get torn apart as Penn State picked off Martinez and took it to the house and Hackenberg threw an interception two drives later. After that, both sides got their running game on and passing game. The game came down the the 4th quarter with Nebraska losing by 3. Martinez broke a 60+ run and took it within Penn State's 20. However, 4th year Sr. safety, Mr. Williams took off on a read option and blasted Martinez and forced the ball lose with Penn State recovering and icing the game.
