MSU Gets Big Win On The Road

Going into his first season, coach Marcus Allen, promised he would make MSU relevant in the college football world as well as competing for National Championships. Well the college football world is now taking notice after a statement win against a tough FSU team 31-10 on the road. It is rumored after taking the Lose FSU coach SPL22 immediately resigned for unknown reasons.

Offensively the MSU line did a great job giving RS Soph QB Connor Cook time as he went 17-25 269yds, 3TD & no INT. The leading receiver was RS Jr Tony Lippet, as he had as he had 5 receptions for 72 yds and 1 TD. Defensively the MSU D had a bend but don't break mentality and gave up total of 239 yds. 203 yds were through the air and 36 were on the ground. Defensively The MSU D was lead by RS Soph FS RJ Williamson, who had 4 solo tackles, 2 TFL, and 1 Sack.

MSU will have to quickly move on as they face a always tough Wisconsin team on the road coached by Mother Rat.

Clemson won in double overtime in yet another thriller! 48-45!

Virginia Tech took an early 14-0 lead after two Clemson turnovers, after that, it was a back and forth slugfest! Tahj Boyd continues to put up huge numbers despite getting sacked 7 times, he passed for 457 yards with 245 of those going to All American candidate Sammy Watkins. Virginia Tech RB Jake Coleman ran for 220 and 3 TD's! In the 2nd OT, Virginia Tech stalled at the goal line and had to settle for a field goal. Boyd hooked up with Watkins for the win 4 plays into OT!
