    Clemson 34 Miami 23

Clemson was taken to the woodshed early in the game as Miami came out and marched down the field on the very first possession to take a 7-0 lead. Miami more or less shut down the Clemson offense in the first quarter as they could not generate much of anything. Miami continued to play great offense but stalled twice in the red zone to make it 13-0. Clemson put together a nice drive to make it a game again, 13-7.

Shockingly, an electrical storm hit the game and the game was put on hiatus until it was safe to play again. After several minutes of inaction the game was put back into action.

Right before half, Clemson switched to a hurry up offense and took their first lead of the game 14-13. With the success of the hurry up, Clemson switched to that style in the 2nd half and never looked back. They outscored Miami 20-10 in the 2nd half from great QB play and an adjusted defensive look that would no longer be walked upon. Clemson wins another close game!

    Nebraska 42 Louisville 10
Nebraska was firing on all cylinders in this game giving their most dominant performance of the year. The offensive line was making huge holes for Cross who had 160 yards rushing on 23 carries with 2 touchdowns. Martinez also had another excellent game by completing 12/15 for 230 yards and 2 passing touchdowns, he also had 45 yards on the ground on 9 carries and another touchdown. The men on the defensive side were no slackers either, holding Louisville scoreless through 3 1/2 quarters and only giving up 7 yards on the ground all game. This win brings Nebraska up to 4-0.

NORTH CAROLINA 16 FLORIDA STATE 3
UNC's defense shifted into beast mode for this defensive showdown in Chapel Hill. The lone touchdown came in the second quarter with the UNC defense returning a fumble 63 yards for the score. That touchdown would prove enough as the offense tacked on 3 field goals to widen the margin of victory.
Florida State would score on its opening drive after stalling in the red zone and settling for a field goal. Both teams struggled to move the ball, and the second quarter TD would end up being the game winner. North Carolina added a field goal before the half to take a 10-3 lead into the break.
The second half would play out the same as the first, with neither offense able to sustain drives. Florida State missed two 50+ yard field goals, while North Carolina was able to add two field goals to extend their lead. A late rushing TD by North Carolina was negated by a holding penalty, and the final score stood at 16-3.
The star on defense was DE Jackson who recorded a single game school record 5 sacks in the contest. He would finish with 7 total tackles, 7 tackles for loss, and 5.0 sacks on the day, and currently is tied for first in the nation with 7.0 sacks.
North Carolina faces the run and gun Red Raiders from Texas Tech in week 5.
