Preseason picks to win each division go down in back to back weeks, shows the unpredictability of this league and the level of talent we are rolling with. Should be very interesting to see how this season play out as we are all about to dive into the thick of conference play.

I am stealing a wifi signal from the beachhouse across the street and the signal is weak. It was loading I guess for the call and just lost connection. Its hit or miss. I can try again later or see if I can sneak away to a McD's or something to use their internet.

I'll play my game when I get home from work. I have invited every recruit ready to visit to this week's game against #4 FSU. It will be insanely tough, but if I pull it out, I think I may get some commits. Does anyone know if you get a bad rating if you lose no matter what?

If you win, you will usually get an A, but if you lose you may just get a C.

Come on FSU! I need McBride to come here badly. I can't lose a Connecticut kid to USF.

Kasper I tried playing my game before I went off to work but it froze at halftime. I will be able to play my game early in the morning and if you need proof I took a picture of where it froze with the score.

Air Force and Houston Throw Down In Defensive Battle

These two teams combined for a whopping 286 yards of offense in this slug fest, and Air Force had to take very break they could to grind out this win. The Falcons were able to force 5 Piland interceptions en route to the win, without a doubt their best defensive performance of the season as a unit. To sum up the scoring (won't take much) Houston jumped out early thanks to a Spencer TD reception from Piland right before the first quarter ended. AF battled back and snagged a field goal before half time to make it 7-3 going into recess.

The third quarter saw some great Air Force punts, pinning the Houston offense within their 20 multiple times. One particular time they happened to get them down on the one, which resulted in a safety to ring up the score to 5-7 still in the Cougars' favor. Air Force would get a TD reception from Mikell Hunter just before the third quarter ended to give them the score which ended up being the final.

The play of the game came on the last drive however, with WR Brandon Hirneise snagging a 46 yard streak up the sideline to convert a 3rd down and let the Falcons run out the clock. It was a beautiful catch along the boundary and he barely got a foot in.

My creative writing is lacking here...

Hell of a game Philstyle3005 - I caught a handful of breaks in this one.

    SEMINOLES DEMOLISH BULLS

    #4 Florida State 39
    South Florida 14

In the first quarter, this game looked like it could be a good one. In the 2nd quarter it was over. The Seminoles completely destroyed their neighbors to the south 39-14. After a close 10-0 game in the first quarter, Florida State came out in the 2nd and made USF look like a lower division foe. USF couldn't get off blocks, make tackles or get any sort of pass rush all game. At the half FSU was up 26-0. USF got the ball to start the half and looked like they may have something going, after B.J. Daniels finally hooked up with WR Dunkley for a 54 yard TD pass. FSU got a FG on the board on their next drive. The 4th was as horrible as the second as Daniels threw his 2nd INT on the day, which led to another FSU TD. Following that play, Coach BP put in his 2nd teamers to get some experience. Even with the FSU starters still in (assholes) the offense was able to drive 91 yards behind the arm of backup QB Eveld to score with 42 seconds left in the game. USF failed to get the onside kick and FSU missed a FG to end the game.

    Player of the Game:
    Chris Dunkley WR #82
    6 receptions - 194 yards, 1 TD
