Rain rain go away come again another day! redwings8831 brought up an interesting idea in the league discussion thread so rather than having a discussion before every single league game it might be easier if every owner posted on here if they are willing to quit/reinvite until they get a game with no rain. Just post on here what your preference is so that the rest of Serie B knows where you stand.

Frenchie1916 RESTARTING ONCE IF THERE IS RAIN
Go Devils RESTARTING ONCE IF THERE IS RAIN
    BESHIKTAS NO PREFERENCE
    vipermansa
guayo10 RESTARTING ONCE IF THERE IS RAIN
Selvy9 RESTARTING ONCE IF THERE IS RAIN
UcanHateMeNow RESTARTING ONCE IF THERE IS RAIN
Geneseo98 STICKING WITH WEATHER IN FIRST GAME
YNWA96 RESTARTING ONCE IF THERE IS RAIN
redwings8831 QUITTING IF THERE IS RAIN

Maybe I've just been more unfortunate than others, but I've had rain in 9 of my 11 league + coppa games so far this season. I've tried three different stadiums so I'm wondering if its tied to the team somehow. Does it rain a lot in the Netherlands? lol

When I'm in Amsterdam all it does is rain. I've only had 1 game so far that hasn't been in rain though so I feel your pain.

Definitely feels like a big majority of games (home or away) are in the rain. I'd be ok with restarting once to give it another chance.

Restart once or twice, rain happens. But it shouldn't happen every single game. Sloppy gameplay is awful

I had my first home game in the rain against you redwings8831 . I've had one match in the snow and the rest have been clear... at home. On the road, not so much. But I'm all for 1 or 2 re-start attempts.

My in-laws live in Portland....and it just reminds me of how much I'd rather be at home than visiting them. So I don't mind the rain. :) But I'll vote for whatever the majority favors here.

I don't mind either way. WOuld rather not waste the time and just play the game. Both guys have to deal with it.

sadly come down to this for me due to free time. Just can't spend an hour and a half starting and re-starting to get it "perfect"

EDIT: That being said I am not trying to be an asshole. I think it's fantastic to discuss these things openly, and I think we should do more of this! But I am a loser and I just can't support something that would take up more minutes to my head- to - head experience. I really just allot for 45 minutes and that's it.

I'm the only asshole here we already established that :)

On a serious note though, you could (if you wanted to) say you are willing to restart once if it is raining in the first game. Seems like that is the more popular option so far.

Selvy and I just played. Took one restart to go from the rain to sunshine. Hopefully that's a trend.

I'm good with attempting one restart then moving on to just playing

One restart is good for me, just played a game in the snow. Not fun at all.

Oh, ha not sure if the restart applies with Coppa matches? Zikry. Also just found out about the restart rule now, ha, should have checked this discussion before playing jeje

If I would have known, I would've quit as soon as I saw the white pitch.

Yea only league games since only players in Serie B voted on this, but I guess if you are matched up in a cup game with a fellow user in B then it could still apply.

Yeah, what if the person who kicks off the game keeps playing?

Then you keep playing. He obviously doesn't want to restart.
