    Newcastle MVP - T. Krul
The man b/w the sticks was the only constant in another dismal season. Early in the season, a 1-0 lead usually meant points for Newcastle, as they climbed to the top half of the table. With the attack sputtering due to poor form, Krul made miraculous saves to keep the team in it. He is 2nd in Clean sheets with an amazing 9 - considering how poor and slow the defense has been, a back four that was constantly changing. In the end, the 9 clean sheets kept Newcastle away from the relegation zone and he helped pick up a few vital 3 points in games Newcastle had no business winning.

Real Sociedad MVP - Carlos Vela

I don't know where Real Sociedad would be without it's best playmaker. We began the season with Vela playing RW and felt that we couldn't generate enough offense. Vela wasn't scoring many goal and the team was struggling offensively. A midseason loss to West Ham saw Real Sociedad change the tactics around and positioned Vela as the focal point as a central attacking midfielder. Vela was able to recover from his slow start, ending the season with 15 goals and opening up games by commanding attention and opening spaces up for the rest of his teammates. Agirretxe, Castro, Canales, Granero, Pardo, and Prieto all were solid contributors this year but none of it would have been possible without the play of Carlos Vela.

The lad has scored on a pretty regualr basis all season long, as of late he has scored vital goals to keep City in the Serie B relegation stave off battle. His pace matched with his finishing ability makes him an easy choice from the City squad as our MVP candidate.

    Genoa - ST M'baye Niang
    [IMG]

This man has put Genoa on his back and delivered in the clutch. He has already shattered the Serie B single season goal scoring record, scoring a whopping 31 goals this season. He's also added 2 assists and 6 MOTM. Niang's name has rolled off the tongue of opposing managers along with a number of obsenities that could get people arrested in 48 different countries. Thank goodness for Freedom of Speech here in the USA! Every team that faced Genoa has tailored the entire gameplan specifically for stopping this gazelle, to no avail. Genoa will look to Niang to try to get Genoa to heights previously unimagined, a Serie A berth next season. The next test will be West Ham, and if they fail there, a final chance against Olympiakos. It won't be easy, but In Niang We Trust!

Salomon Kalou for Hertha Berlin. Lead the team in scoring again this season and kept Hertha in most games.

Yeah my guy won't win, but Enner Valencia is my pick. Just an all around animal- scores goals and provides service to Carroll.
