We weren't good enough to have an mvp....

But here are some worthy candidates...

Any keeper that ever faced Newcastle. They always put in mvp shifts when the Toon Army came through....

In all seriousness, the mvp to me is Maicon. Guy was everywhere and I had the hardest time containing him.

And if I must nominate my own, it would have to be my midfield general Moussa Sissoko. Without him we'd be more lost than we already are.

With nine clean sheets and four Man of the Match awards despite my complete inability to defend, Brad Guzan is the Aston Villa MVP.

With 14 goals with 1 game to play and with 11 goals in the second half alone. No one would have expected Leicester City in the top half of the table. All thanks to L. Ulloa. He is definitely our MVP!

I'd like to nominate Gentner with 8 assists. But Timo Werner has been such a Game changer. His outright speed changed the dynamics of this team.

West Ham can make a case for Andy Carroll, Enner Valencia, or Adrian.

    Hard choice.

    Gah, I'm not sure.

    Screw it.

Let's just go Enner Valencia with 13 goals.

When you finish the season completely winless, and with only 7 points, it might be difficult to pick someone as your MVP. I guess you could say my MVP prevented the season from being a lot worse.

He faced 245 shots total during the season (Coppa not included), allowed 37 goals for a save% of 0.849, had 2 clean sheets, and 6 MotM trophies. While everyone had more clean sheets and wins, not sure if anyone faced as many shots as he did.

I'd like to nominate Maicon as Lokomotiv's MVP. Maicon proved to be the most well-rounded player in Serie C this season, finishing top-3 in goals (12), and 2nd in assists (7), accounting for 19 of Lokomotiv's 32 goals. He led the team to a league-best 36 points, giving them the Serie C title and a promotion to B.

Ahmed Musa 13 goals and was the clear offensive leader for CSKA. Who knows how many he could have put in the net if his owner didnt have a lead thumb :)

Moussa Sow. His 12 goals and 5 motm awards kept Fener in for the most part of the season.

I was hoping to wait until my last game, when I was *CETAIN* to score a hat trick with somebody, but I'll have to give the nod to Marouane Chamakh. Chamakh accounted for a third of Palace's goals this season, and anybody who willingly goes out in public with hair like this deserves your consideration and your pity:

It was an underwhelming season for Ajax but if they were to have an MVP candidate it would be Arkadiusz Milik. The young striker put away 10 goals while missing a game due to suspension.
