The 3rd meeting between the Raiders and the Broncos would come in the championship game. The Broncos started the game off with the ball and the goal was to score points if that was either a touchdown or field goal it didn't matter. That's what they did, a very pass happy drive lead to a 19 yard TD to Jacob Tamme to give Denver the lead. Raiders would answer back with a good drive of there own but stalled due to a Darren McFadden fumble which would close out the 1st quarter. 2nd quarter accounted for 38 points for both teams combine. 40 seconds into the 2nd Denver got back on the board with another Jacob Tamme TD catch. On the pursing kickoff Jacoby Ford would return it 105 yards to bring the game back to a 1 score game, 14-7 Denver. Quick 3 and out for the Broncos would give the hungry Raiders offense the ball back. Oakland started to get there drive going to about mid field before Terrelle Pryor throwing a pick 6 to DJ Williams which was 1 of his 7 INTs. Broncos got the ball again shortly after the INT and went back to work driving all the way down to the Raiders 23 yard line before settling for a 40 yard Matt Prater FG, 24-7 Denver. Oakland seeing that the game was quickly getting away from them they knew they needed points so they went to one of there many weapons Jacoby Ford who ended up getting behind the Defense for a 72 yard TD catch. 1:19 left before half, Denver knew they weren't getting the ball at half so they were contempt with the 24-14 lead. Marching down the field with little time left and no timeouts on Oakland's 8 yard line Denver decided to go for the TD instead of the FG. 6 seconds and no timeouts Denver lobbed a ball to the back of the endzone for a wide open Eric Decker, 31-14 Denver. Oakland having the ball to start the half knew there was plenty of time down 17 with 20 minutes left so they didn't change there game. After a great drive lead by McFadden and Pryor Oakland was able to get a FG, 31-17 Broncos. Denver playing it smart took there time with things and tried to establish the ground game which wasn't there all game long but finally came alive as it helped a Matt Prater FG to bring the game back to a 3 score game into the 4th. No points in the 4th for Oakland. Denver was able to get a pick 6 and 2 FGs to help them get out of Oakland with the 47-17 victory.

Players of the game: Broncos Defense- 7 INTs, 1 SACK, 1 FF, 1 FR and 2 TDs

Pretty impressive score after how well Oakland had been playing this season. Looking forward to seeing what happens in the Supper Bowl with both these teams really clicking on all cylinders.
