The big question is will that loss cost them the #1 seed in the NFC? 11-1 Current: #2 - Prev: #3 (RPI: .615 - Prev: .621) The Rams have made believers out of everyone after an abismal Season 1. Can they continue their hot play and carry themselves into a first round bye? 10-2 Current: #3 - Prev: #2 (RPI: .579 - Prev: .628) Home field advantage? The Packers believe so. Undefeated at Lambeau and rolling. You can easily place this team into the #2 seed in the NFC. 10-2 Current: #4 - Prev: #7 (RPI: .557 - Prev: .548) The surprise team of the year just keeps on surprising. After dismantling the Saints, the Jaguars are the clear front runner to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. 6-6 Current: #5 - Prev: #4 (RPI: .556 - Prev: .591) Despite being #6 in the RPI rankings the Steelers are on the verge of missing the playoffs. Can the Steelers string some wins together and survive the toughest division in HK? 8-4 Current: #6 - Prev: #5 (RPI: .545 - Prev: .584) The AFC North front runner currently, the Brownies need to find an answer at HB (currently have 2 injured HBs) if they want to continue to hold their lead. 9-3 Current: #7 - Prev: #6 (RPI: .540 - Prev: .570) The Chargers have stumbled some to start the 2nd half and are currently a game behind the Broncos. Hopefully MG wont channel his inner Norv Turner down the stretch as he needs to keep winning to maintain pace with Denver. 8-4 Current: #8 - Prev: #8 (RPI: .537 - Prev: .547) The Saints have started to struggle down the stretch. They're still in the hunt for the NFC South and a wildcard berth, but can they get their groove back in time? 7-5 Current: #9 - Prev: #13 (RPI: .535 - Prev: .509) Surprisingly the Bengals are still in contention not only for a wild card, but an AFC North title. With a tough finish to their schedule, can they fend off the Steelers and overcome the Browns? 7-5 Current: #10 - Prev: #16 (RPI: .535 - Prev: .591) The Cowgirls are finally putting things together and are coming down the stretch neck and neck with the Redskins. Can young signal caller Hurns continue to prove Coach Bob made the right decision in dumping Tony Turnover. 10-2 Current: #11 - Prev: #9 (RPI: .523 - Prev: .536) Denver has benefited from the Chargers struggles and are atop the AFC West for the first time this season. How badly does Manning wish he was back in Denver right now? 7-5 Current: #12 - Prev: #10 (RPI: .522 - Prev: .532) A change in ownership seems to be just what this team needed. Coach CA has things headed in the right direction in New England. Definitely a sleeper contender in the AFC. 9-3 Current: #13 - Prev: #20 (RPI: .508 - Prev: .468) The Jets still hold a slim two game lead over the resurgent Patriots, but need to be careful not to let up too soon as the AFC East title could be jeopardy. 6-6 Current: #14 - Prev: #15 (RPI: .500 - Prev: .501) At 6-6 the Bucs are not exactly out of the NFC South race, but they need some help. They are the up swing though, which doesn't bode well for the rest of the NFC South. 6-6 Current: #15 - Prev: #22 (RPI: .497 - Prev: .454) Still in the wild card hunt in the AFC. The Dolphins need MJD to put them on his back and prove it was worth selling the farm to get him. 8-4 Current: #16 - Prev: #17 (RPI: .496 - Prev: .486) Atlanta hold the tie breaker in the NFC South and currently are atop the division. With some big games coming up to finish off the season, they control their destiny. Can Matty Ice finish the job? 6-6 Current: #17 - Prev: #24 (RPI: .494 - Prev: .451) The Giants have stumbled their way back 6-6 and are only a game out of the NFC East lead. With a big game against the Cowboys and Redskins looming, the door might be opening a bit for them to crawl into the playoffs. 5-7 Current: #18 - Prev: #21 (RPI: .492 - Prev: .458) At 5-7 the Ravens are not exactly out of the playoffs yet, but they're getting there. With a tight division race happening though, they could easily play spoiler for someone. 6-6 Current: #19 - Prev: #11 (RPI: .490 - Prev: .525) The Vikings are in a similar place as the Bucs; not out, but need some help to get in. With a big showdown in New Orleans on the horizion, they too control their destiny. 4-8 Current: #20 - Prev: #19 (RPI: .485 - Prev: .472) Despite a change in ownership, the Eagles are still struggling with Vick at the helm. Is it time for an extreme makeover in Philly? 6-6 Current: #21 - Prev: #12 (RPI: .485 - Prev: .514) With the Jaguars locking up the division, the Colts need some help to get into a wild card spot. I just dont see that happening for them this season. The upside is Luck is still maturing but looks to be legit. 5-7 Current: #22 - Prev: #29 (RPI: .480 - Prev: .428) It truly is too bad Coach Majesty didn't have this team from the start. With the way things have turned around in Seattle, things might look a little different in the NFC West. 7-5 Current: #23 - Prev: #27 (RPI: .470 - Prev: .435) RGIII will carry this team to a NFC East title, mark my words. 3-9 Current: #24 - Prev: #18 (RPI: .461 - Prev: .486) At 3-9 and in a tough division, the Raiders are already looking towards the future. The real question is are they regretting trading Run DMC yet? 2-10 Current: #25 - Prev: #14 (RPI: .452 - Prev: .501) 2-10 is still better then 0-16. With Coach Sporty's return date inching closer, can the Chiefs finish off the season strong? 3-9 Current: #26 - Prev: #23 (RPI: .447 - Prev: .453) I'm not exactly sure how the Panthers have struggled to a 3-9 record, but its apparent they need some help. 4-8 Current: #27 - Prev: #25 (RPI: .441 - Prev: .442) The Bears need to figure out how to win on the road before they can even think about the playoffs (1-5 away from Chicago this season). Hopefully that gets fixed before the start of Season 3. 1-11 Current: #28 - Prev: #26 (RPI: .434 - Prev: .435) It's pretty obvious this team is going nowhere while Diddy is away. Will the savior return in time for them to be relevant again? 2-10 Current: #29 - Prev: #28 (RPI: .431 - Prev: .428) Coach Smooth sure is taking his time turning things around in Detroit. I still maintain my stance on bringing Megatron to the Big Easy. 2-10 Current: #30 - Prev: #31 (RPI: .413 - Prev: .400) Another team that has struggled without its coach. With the way the Jags are playing this season though, it might not have even mattered. 2-10 Current: #31 - Prev: #30 (RPI: .393 - Prev: .403) 2-10, seriously? At least Coach Pitt has decided not to trade Foster (smart move there). Use that pick to figure out your quarterback situation. Foster isn't you're problem. 1-11 Current: #32 - Prev: #32 (RPI: .388 - Prev: .389) The guy switched from the Lions to the Bills and is 1-11. Do I really need to pour more salt in the wounds?
