The Houston Texan's come to Gillette field looking to improve on their 5-6 record. The Patriots had the same record and are fighting for the division lead. The first quarter was kind of a shoot-out. The Texans go three and out on their first drive. They kicked it to T. Ginn and he returned it 76 yards for the first score of the game. After that it was pretty much the Texans quarter. The Texans score on a short TD run by Foster and a 45 yard int return for a TD. Ending the quarter 14-7 Texans. The second was all Patriots. Chris Johnson scored two TD's, one 12 yard TD and a 1 yard one as well. Tom Brady also had a 18 yard TD pass To Gates. The third quarter didn't have too much scoring with only one TD for each team. First one of the quarter was a 4 yard TD to Owen Daniels from Matt Schaub. The second score of the quarter was a 41 yard FG by the Pats. The fourth quarter was more of the same. Only two scores by each team once again. Tom Brady to Brandon Lloyd for a 22 yard TD and a long 77 yard TD pass from Schaub to Andre Johnson. Ending the game 38-28 Patriots. The biggest difference to me in this game was Schaub throwing 4 picks. The Patriots defense did play good for the most part and Coach Cordell was content with the W. Brady 246 yards 2 TD's and 1 int. Schaub 254 yards 2 Ts's and 4 int's. Johnson 99 yards and 2 TD's Foster 56 yards and 1 TD. Player of the game Rob Ninkovich 4 tackles two sacks and a forced fumble. Good game Masler and good luck the rest of the way!
