Dubbed the game of the week by DL, the undefeated Redskins travel to Baltimore (yes i know a short drive) to face the Ravens in a battle of division leaders. The Skins sit pretty atop the NFC East with a 3.5 game lead over the 2nd place Eagles while the Ravens hold a 1.5 game lead over the Steelers in the AFC North.

    ROOKIE STARS
When a game of this magnitude comes along, you of course look towards the play of the quarterbacks and yes, Geno Smith and Joe Flacco have been vital to their teams success. But it's the play of two rookie WR's that are making both the Redskins and Ravens dynamic offenses so far this season. The Skins WR Rashaud Parker has given Geno a major target down the field and has been their biggest playmaker this year with 28 receptions for 597 yards and 8 TD's. Meanwhile for the Ravens, Cesar Fender has been their big time playmaker and that's surprising considering he's on the same team as the human downfield playmaker in Perriman. But Fender has been the apple of Flacco's eye with 18 receptions for 447 yards and 4 TD's. It's safe to say that both of these guys will be instrumental to their team's success.

    EXPECT A SHOOTOUT
This matchup pits the #1 and #2 scoring offenses in HK. The Redskins average 37 points a game while the Ravens average 35 points a game. Both have middle of the road defenses so it's almost surely to be a high flying, non-stop action game between these two teams.

KEY TO THE GAME FOR RAVENS
    CREATE TURNOVERS:
The Ravens are a middle of the road defensive team (15th in yards allowed, 15th in passing yards and 20th in rushing yards allowed) but they are an 8th best in points allowed with 20. The big key for the Ravens has been their ability to force turnovers. They have 23 interceptions on the year already (which is about 4 interceptions a game for them) which is an absurd pace. Led by Will Hill's 5 picks, the Ravens will be trying to feast on Geno Smith, who just came off his worse performance in his career, throwing 6 interceptions.

KEY TO THE GAME FOR REDSKINS
    POUND THE ROCK:
With Geno coming off a horrible game, the Redskins maybe looking forward to taking it back to the essence of what makes them an elite team, balance and running behind the strong legs of Alfred Morris. Morris is 3rd in HK in rushing with 691 yards and has 10 TD's on the year. He'll be facing the 20th ranked rushing defense in the Ravens. Look for Morris to get plenty of touches and for the Skins to use play-action to open up the Ravens defense down the field.

    3 BURNING QUESTIONS
Can the Ravens force Geno into making big mistakes? Remember they are averaging almost 4 interceptions a game and Geno just threw 6 interceptions last game.

Can and will Alfred Morris get 25+ touches and 100+ yards rushing? Morris has a favorable matchup against a vulnerable Ravens run defense.

Will this game go over 59 points? Odds makers set the O/U at 59.

Gametime likely will be around 6-7 EST Monday night so look out for the details to see this GOTW!
