Texans Win Barn Burner to Open the Season
This game was all gas no break with 81 points scored in the opening week, it was obvious both offenses were familiar with their personnel. Mallet and Mettenberger would move the ball well through the air and both teams would also rush for 100 + yards. The Texans would get a huge boost from the two new defense players from the draft as Adavian Albury and Rayshon Beck would both have an interception. The Titans would lose Bishop Sankey early in the game with broken ribs after being met in the hole by Brian Cushing on the run up the middle. The Texans would lose TE CJ Fedoriwicz 4 weeks after making a huge catch in the 4th quarter on 3rd down for 34 yards up the middle. The Difference of the game would be the turnovers by the Quarterbacks and give the chance for the Texans to pull out a win.
POTG: Ryan Mallet 382 yds 4 TDS 2 Int
GG jwaddy see ya later in the season man great game as always.
Great game as always...The Titans Head coach was in the refs face after the game still fuming about the tipped catch that was made by Hopkins(It hit the ground) he also asked the NFL to check the Texans defenders gloves for any illegal substances bc they did not drop an int all day lol.... Now I have to wait till the last game of the season to get my revenge
A game much closer than the score would indicate. The Browns were on the winning side of the field position game and drives seemed to stall out within field goal range. The redskins rolled up 160 yards rushing, but couldn't get the passinggame going while CLeveland did just enough to get some points on the board and start the season 1-0. GG jay2149
The Broncos Defense and SPT did all the work in this one. Brad Roby returned the opening kickoff 101 yards to take a 7-0 lead. The Broncos Defense only sacked Cam twice, but was on him all game forcing errant throws and containing him to short gains running. At the end of the day the defense would net 4 ints with 2 of them coming from last yr's int leader Talib. O offense we kept it simple in the passing game and just tried to get the running game going. The Running game was no where to be found as the committee ran for 26 times and netted 45 yards, but Ball did get a TD punching it in from the 1 on a early 4th down. Osweiler would hit Thomas in the 1st half on a PA for 1 of their 2 big connections. Sanders would nab Osweilers 2nd TD on a deep post route.
The panthers had some big gains on the ground that helped get him 2fgs. The defense played really solid even if the the scores says different. As noted above they crushed the running game and Osweiler was taking so very big hits. The mlb was keeping most plays over the middle from being completed and even had 1 great user pick.
Final 31-6 Den
BEARS DEFENSE TURNS BACK THE CLOCK
Entering their first game in the 2016 season the Bears felt fairly confident that they had a good football team on paper. It was just aster of being able to take that talent am apply it on the field an that they did. The defense led the way with 3 picks, 2 by 2nd year corner Kyle Fuller. MLB John Bostic led the way with 6 tackles all solo. Nigel Bradham had a solid Bears opener with 3 tackles 2 TFL an 1 forced fumble. The offense was paced by veteran RB Matt Forte who cracked 100 yards in the season opener. The Bears take their show on the road as the head to Detroit in a early big game in the NFC North.
Ravens get a win in the debut of rookie coach Casey Wilson as they beat the Patriots 30-7. The ravens were led by a dynamic run game which featured rookie rb Morgan Carter. Carter finished the game with 29 rushing attempts for 142 yard and added 76 yards receiving and a touchdown in his NFL debut. Rookie QB Trip Burns also had a great NFL debut controlling the game and throwing for 218 yards with three touchdowns.
The patriots really struggled to get much going on offense mainly because of the wide throws Jimmy Garopolo was making missing several wide open recivers to kill drives going 14/32 in his season debut. Patriots battled throughout the game putting a touchdown drive together late in the fourth and hopefully Garapolo can carry the momentum into next week.
EAGLES EDGE GIANTS
In a game controlled by the Giants due to Eagles turnovers Philadelphia shiat on every opportunity they had to take control of the game. Sam Bradford found his favorite targets often in Beckham & Cruz until Odell was crushed coming across the middle breaking his collarbone. On the Flip side Nick Foles with the long layoff struggled to read coverage's tossing 4 interceptions to NY's defense. The fragile David Wilson was able to break off a long run which seem to seal the deal for the Giants late in the third.
Down 10 points late in the 4th the Eagles looked beaten after a late drive ended with another Eagles pick. Using their final 3 timeouts with a little under 3 mins left the Eagles went no huddle hitting targets down field. Riley Cooper snagged a one handed amazing catch over DRC that moved the Eagles down to the goal line which was quickly capped off by a Josh Huff touchdown.
With only seconds left on the clock the Eagles came out in onside formation and the GMen called timeout. For some odd reason Philly was unable to select a play or audible after this play; forced to keep deep the Eagles put the ball down near the left pylon. 3 Eagles defenders crushed the ball carrier causing a fumble, and in quick succession the ball was scooped up and scored with 3 seconds remaining on the clock. Xtra point, squib kick ... Game over in a crazy come back!
Player of the Game : Riley Cooper 5 Catches for 78 Yards
Riley Cooper....smh...Made some unreal catch in the playoffs to keep you in it and turn the tide too...I hate that guy.
Week 1 Dallas at Detroit
The Lions D made some changes this offseason losing long time stalwart DE/DT Suh. In this game the D showed no signs of falling off. Playing very well for most of the game until late when we played more soft zones and didnt want to give up quick scores.
On O RB Fleming and Richardson played very well and rookie WR DezRick Flowers had a nice debut as well with 81 yards. Overall a nice opening win and we see some things and areas we need to improve on.
The Chiefs start the season off with a 36-0 shutout over the Buffalo Bills. The defense of the Chiefs was the story of this game, as they held the Bills to under 100 yards total offense and came up with 5 interceptions including a pick 6 by Derrick Johnson. New QB Ryan Tannehill started the game off hot but left the game with a bruised sternum just before halftime. He ended up with 184 yards passing on 15/23 and 1 TD. The Bills defense did a good job stopping Jamaal Charles as he was held to just 76 yards on 20 carries and 1 TD.

Steelers vs Raiders Week 1 Season 3
Kidofcrash23 Great game man
This game wasnt as close as the score implies....... It was so boring at the end that coach Cheez was too busy looking at his fantasy football teams to pay attention to the playcalling screens
The Rams had 400 yards of total offense...... before halftime. Not a ton to say other than that the Patriots secondary looks really good on paper but somewhat less good in the game.
Hopefully you can bounce back and win your division, 6-10 ought to do it based on the results we've seen so far out of the AFC Easy
Bills shut down Miami in AFC Least showdown
Just one week after being shut out at home by KC, the Bills almost pitched a shutout of their own. The defense harrassed and beat up Miami rookie QB Cal Baca all day long. Although only recording 3 actual sacks, the Bills defense was in Baca's face on most all of his 38 pass attempts, causing him to record a paltry 28% completion percentage on the day.
On Miami's most promising drive, they drove down to the Buffalo 6 but Baca made a bad read and SS Jaelin Dansby took it back 94 yards to the house for the first score of the game. After that, Miami wouldn't even sniff the red zone again with their only score coming on a safety early in the 4th quarter.
Buffalo will have to hope their defense can play like this all year because the offense wasn't pretty. Manuel threw another 2 INT's and the running game was average at best.

Raiders Bounce Back from Opener with 42-7 Win
After suffering an opening day loss, the Raiders look to get on the winning track playing against 0-1 Falcons. On another windy day, the Raiders didn’t take long driving the field behind carr and the passing game finishing up with a td score to 2nd year TE barker for the 7-0 lead. It got much better from there on as the Falcons with Christian Ponder playing over matt ryan had issues moving the ball and throwing a couple of interceptions. After an INT that set up another score for the Raiders, the next possession, Sio moore forced a fumble picked up by Avril for another score to quickly put the Raiders up 21-0 in the 1st half.
It didn’t get much better for the Falcons as the raiders were up 35-0 at one point as Murray and Demps ran in a couple scores in the 2nd half. Murray finished with over 100 yards rushing and Demps with almost 80 yards rushing with a big 50 yard run for the score.
The game ended up 42-7 behind great defense by the Raiders and good performance from the running game rushing for over 200 yards and Carr’s 2 TDs.
Jets outlast Ravens in a Marathon
In a game in which seen 11 quarters and took a total of 4 plus hours, the New York Jets got their first win of the season against the Baltimore Ravens 46-29. Not really going to go into alot of detail about the game that counted as it was Sooo late I don't really remember alot of small details from it but here are some things that stood out.
Morgan Carter the Ravens rookie HB is a beast. I really like our run defense and especially in the last game he shredded me. In a matchup between the #1 and #2 picks he nearly stole the show.
Johnny Martin is going to be really good. He was another consistency in the three games. Really happy with the way he played and excited for his future. It is alot easier having the weapons he does too.
Brandon Marshall still has it. Marshall played really well last night. I think the trade will be worth it.
CaseyW22 is a good dude and is gonna compete in the league. Really had a good time playing bud look forward to the next matchup between the rookies.
The Jets will play the Bengals next week in another tough matchup against an AFC North matchup.
Titans win at KC on a last second fg 27-24
Early turnovers in the game proved costly for the Chiefs. The Titans were moving the ball on the first drive until Mettenberger threw a int on the Chiefs 22 yard line. However on the next play the Titans rookie olb 1st round pick Davon Bass intercepted Tannehill for a pick 6. The Chiefs next drive they were facing 3rd and 10 on KC 31 yard line Tannehill was sacked and fumbled the ball which was picked up by Akeem Ayers and he scored for the Titans 2nd def td on the day. With 4 min left in the first KC was driving the ball they were just inside the redzone when on 2nd nd 10 Charles busted off a nice 10 yrd run but was hit hard by Pollard and the ball came out and was recovered by the Titans. After some punts early in the 2nd with KC on their own 14 yard line they ran a draw to Charles who was met by Zack Brown in the middle who caused and recovered the fumble. With the ball back the Titans went down the field and with the ball on the KC 18 Mettenberger hooked up with Kendall Wright for the td. Titans up 21-0 at half. In the 2nd half KC stuck with Charles and he delivered with 3 rushing tds He would finish with 186 yards on 26 att With the score tied at 24 and under 2 min left in the fourth Mettenberger lead the Titans down the field and Succop hit a game winning 42 yard FG as time expired. Good game mboda
St. Louis's Defense only got me 6 points!!!!

Week 2 Bears at Lions
The Lions D dominated this game early and the Lions O was able to take advantage and score points. We felt like we played D almost the entire first half as we would force a turnover and score quickly and then the Bears would be on O again. We played D the majority of the game in fact...at least it felt like it, just never had the ball for long.
Our running game was on point and Stafford made the most of his opportunities throwing 3 tds.
Packers beat 49ers 40-17
Game was tied at 17 at the half. Niners defense held Lacy in check with just 46 yards on 22 carries.
Jordy Nelson had 113 yard on 9 catches with 3 TD's.
Story of the day was Kaepernick with 5 ints thrown to 5 different Packer defenders.
Packers start season 1-0
Packers beat Texans in a SIM 37-20
Packers lose 3 starters in Center JC Tretter (2 weeks), DT Dan Williams (4 weeks), TE Vernard Bray (7 weeks). Stupid fu%*ing SIMS
Packers beat Colts 37-14
Cobb is lost for 5 weeks on a 70 yard catch and run. Next time maybe he will score instead of getting tackled at the 3.
GB had 503 offensive yard against 214 given up.
Aaron Rodgers threw for 382 yards and 3tds.
Eddie Lacy had 23 carries for 87 yards and two scores
Davante Adams and Jarret Boykin combined for 6 catches for 159 yards and two scores.
Brandon Bostick had 3 catches for 73 yards and a td.
TY Hilton had 4 catches for 123 yards and a score for the Colts.
GB won TOP 32:22 to 15:38
GB stays undefeated at 3-0 with division rival Chicago Bears on deck
Bills survive dogfight with BaltimoreThis game looked like an even matchup in the beginning, evolved into a blowout, and then quickly become a dogfight as Baltimore refused to give up and fought until the bitter end. Ultimately, the Bill's opportunistic defense combined with Baltimore's inability to capitalize on mistakes gave the Bills their second win of the season.
The teams traded FG's in the first before Manny Lawson sacked rookie QB Trip Burns, stripping the ball. Mario Williams picked it up and took it to the house for a 10-3 Buffalo lead. On the next Bills possession, rookie HB Aleon McClendon would break off the longest run of his career, a 50 yarder into the endzone to make it 17-3. Another quick 3 and out and Buffalo would come out with a play fake and a 64-Yard TD to Sammy Watkins to make it 24-3 in short order. The teams traded long TD drives to make it 31-10 and Baltimore would put together one final drive before half but could only come away with a FG making it 31-13 at halftime.
The 3rd quarter momentum began to swing to Baltimore. The Baltimore defense stepped up and held the Bills to practically nothing while they put together another touchdown drive to pull to withing 31-20. They would end the 3rd on a promising drive and capitalize on it with a FG to begin the 4th making it a one possession game 31-23. Another three and out for Buffalo and things are starting to look grim for the home team. Baltimore came out swinging again but rookie HB Morgan Carter lost the ball which would start a turnover showdown. Buffalo would almost immediately fumble it back to them before Burns threw an INT 2 plays after that.
The interception would give the Bills the ball at the 44 of BAL with 7:46 remaining. The Bills would finally put together some 2nd half offense, dinking and dunking down the field while wasting almost 6 minutes off the clock. They would happily settle for a FG at the 2 minute warning to make it 34-23 and a two possession game. The rookie Burns would come out looking to make a historic comeback, but he would try a little too hard as he evaded the first rusher and scrambled backwards looking for a WR, MLB Kiko Alonso would smash him 15 yards behing the LOS and once again Mario Williams recovered the fumble to seal the game.
GG CaseyW22. Was a fun game look forward to the next one.
Buffalo sits at 2-1 and heads into a bye week next week.
