    Patriots 20 Titans 14

The Pats went to the road and came out on top with a good defensive battle against the Titans. This was sort of an ugly game but, that is usually how good defense makes it look. Both teams played pretty good defense and both offenses tried to establish the run and play it safe. The Patriots made couple of more plays and got their run game going a little better and that ended up being the difference.

The player of the game was probably Karlos Williams he played great in the box in the 46 formations the Pats used some. He had 5 tkl, 2tfl, and 1 sack.

    Good game CWT 3000

I still can't believe the 60 yard FG that bounced off the cross bar and back towards the endzone was counted as good. Seemed like no matter what I did Madden was going to fist me in the bunghole every step of the way.

Crap. I actually forgot about that one. Lol. It was worth trying since I had a 7 MPH wind to my back and my kicker has a crazy good leg.

Can't believe I forgot about that already.

Seattle's Offense Nearly Doubled, Seahawks Defense Comes Up Big

    [IMG][IMG]
    17 - 13

St. Louis, MO-- Seattle continued their road trip after coming off a loss at Carolina with a trip to the Mid-West to visit the Rams. Seahawks won the toss and elected to defer to the second half while the Rams took the opening possession down for points. Bridgewater engineered a brilliant drive, and on the scoring play Safety Kam Chancellor decided to bite on the PA pass and making the decision to continue for the QB it left Jared Cook wide open and he walked into the endzone. Seattle would get on the board in the second quarter when Wilson found Rookie Kyle Prater on a slant pass from about 8 yards out. St. Louis would take a 13-7 lead into halftime.

The third quarter was scoreless and then Seattle's defense started to take over a little bit and the offense woke up enough. Linebacker KJ Wright would make a play on a Bridgewater pass setting up the go ahead score, where Wilson would find Prater from 22 yards out taking the lead 14-13. CB Aaron Colvin would get the Hawks another interception this time they added 3 to push the lead to 17-13 where the Rams couldn't suck the time and kick a GW FG. Fourth quarter under 2:00 to go, the Rams face a 4th and long inside the Seahawks 25, Bridgewater took the snap, Tavon Austin went up and got the ball between Browner and Thomas for a first down at the 2 yard line. The Rams came out in a I-formation, over tackle 2 TE look I believe and ran the toss sweep with Pead. Kam Chancellor read the play, found a crease and laid a hit that forced the ball out of Pead's grasp and DE Michael Bennett would come away with the recovery. The swing of emotions was very evident on the Rams last possession and no matter what happened both teams gave it their all. In the end, Seattle needed one first down to run out the clock and on a 3rd and 1, they converted.
